BASIC SCRIPTURE: PSALM 133:1-3
Behold, how good and how pleasant it is for brethren to dwell together in unity!
2 It is like the precious ointment upon the head, that ran down upon the beard, even Aaron’s beard: that went down to the skirts of his garments;
3 As the dew of Hermon, and as the dew that descended upon the mountains of Zion: for there the Lord commanded the blessing, even life for evermore.

Certainly! Here is Psalm 133:1-3 from the New International Version (NIV):
“1 How good and pleasant it is when God’s people live together in unity! 2 It is like precious oil poured on the head, running down on the beard, running down on Aaron’s beard, down on the collar of his robe. 3 It is as if the dew of Hermon were falling on Mount Zion. For there the Lord bestows his blessing, even life forevermore.”
This Psalm celebrates the beauty and goodness found in unity among God’s people. The imagery used in these verses illustrates the richness and blessings that come when people live in harmony and accord. It compares unity among believers to the anointing oil poured on Aaron, the high priest, symbolizing consecration and blessing.
The reference to the oil running down Aaron’s beard and clothing emphasizes the overflow and abundance of God’s blessings when unity prevails among His people. Additionally, the comparison of unity to the dew of Mount Hermon falling on Mount Zion highlights the refreshing and life-giving nature of unity, signifying God’s abundant blessings and the impartation of life everlasting in such fellowship.
Psalm 133 serves as a beautiful reminder of the significance and impact of unity among believers, portraying it as a source of blessing, refreshing, and divine favor bestowed by the Lord.
