BASIC SCRIPTURES: HAGGAI 1: 4; 2:1-9
Haggai 1:4
4 Is it time for you, O ye, to dwell in your cieled houses, and this house lie waste?
Haggai 2:1-9
1 In the seventh month, in the one and twentieth day of the month, came the word of the LORD by the prophet Haggai, saying,
2 Speak now to Zerubbabel the son of Shealtiel, governor of Judah, and to Joshua the son of Josedech, the high priest, and to the residue of the people, saying,
3 Who is left among you that saw this house in her first glory? and how do ye see it now? is it not in your eyes in comparison of it as nothing?
4 Yet now be strong, O Zerubbabel, saith the LORD; and be strong, O Joshua, son of Josedech, the high priest; and be strong, all ye people of the land, saith the LORD, and work: for I am with you, saith the LORD of hosts:
5 According to the word that I covenanted with you when ye came out of Egypt, so my spirit remaineth among you: fear ye not.
6 For thus saith the LORD of hosts; Yet once, it is a little while, and I will shake the heavens, and the earth, and the sea, and the dry land;
7 And I will shake all nations, and the desire of all nations shall come: and I will fill this house with glory, saith the LORD of hosts.
8 The silver is mine, and the gold is mine, saith the LORD of hosts.
9 The glory of this latter house shall be greater than of the former, saith the LORD of hosts: and in this place will I give peace, saith the LORD of hosts.

Prayers
- Heavenly Father, forgive me for any times I’ve placed my own comfort above Your purposes. Help me to prioritize Your will and Your house in my life.
- Lord, give me the strength to be steadfast and obedient to Your call, like Zerubbabel, Joshua, and the people of Judah.
- Almighty God, shake the heavens and earth on my behalf; let Your presence fill my life and every area that concerns me.
- Father, I ask for Your Spirit to remain with me always. Let Your peace and glory dwell in my life, surpassing all former things.
- Lord, I pray for divine provision in all my endeavors, for You are the owner of silver and gold. May I always walk in Your abundant blessings.
Declarations
- I declare that I will prioritize the Lord’s house and His purposes, and I will not neglect His work for personal comfort.
- I declare that I am strong in the Lord and will walk in obedience to His commands, trusting that He is with me.
- I declare that the Lord will shake the heavens, the earth, and the nations to fill my life with His glory.
- I declare that the glory of the latter shall be greater than the former in my life, and His peace will surround me.
- I declare that the silver and the gold belong to the Lord, and His provision and blessings overflow in my life.
