1 And it shall come to pass, if thou shalt hearken diligently unto the voice of the Lord thy God, to observe and to do all his commandments which I command thee this day, that the Lord thy God will set thee on high above all nations of the earth:
2 And all these blessings shall come on thee, and overtake thee, if thou shalt hearken unto the voice of the Lord thy God.
3 Blessed shalt thou be in the city, and blessed shalt thou be in the field.

8 The Lord shall command the blessing upon thee in thy storehouses, and in all that thou settest thine hand unto; and he shall bless thee in the land which the Lord thy God giveth thee.

Prayer Points
Use these points to guide your conversation with God.
1. Prayer for a Sense of Divine Compulsion:
-
“Heavenly Father, ignite in me the same fire that burned in Paul. Let me feel a holy compulsion to share the Gospel. Where I have been silent or timid, fill me with a sense of urgent stewardship over the message of salvation You have entrusted to me.”
2. Prayer for a Selfless Heart in Service:
-
“Lord, deliver me from serving for earthly rewards or applause. As Paul preached freely, help me to serve with a pure heart, finding my ultimate reward not in payment but in the joy of obeying You and seeing lives transformed.”
3. Prayer for a Clear Revelation of Christ:
-
“Just as You revealed Yourself to the Samaritan woman as the Messiah, reveal Yourself to me afresh today. Let me know Jesus more deeply, so that my testimony is not based on hearsay, but on a powerful, personal encounter with the Living Christ.”
4. Prayer to Leave Our “Water Jar” Behind:
-
“Father, I willingly lay down at the cross the ‘water jar’ of my past—my shame, my failures, my insecurities, and my distractions. Like the woman at the well, I run forward unburdened, empowered to share the good news with others.”
5. Prayer for Courage to Witness to Our “Town”:
-
“Lord, give me the courage of the Samaritan woman to go immediately into my own ‘town’—my workplace, my family, my social circles—and declare, ‘Come, see a man who told me everything I ever did.’ Use my story, my testimony, to draw others to You.”
6. Prayer for Open Doors and Receptive Hearts:
-
“I pray for divine appointments today. Lead me to those whose hearts You have prepared, just as You prepared the people of Sychar. Give me the right words to speak, and open their hearts to receive the message of Christ.”
Declarations
Speak these faith-filled declarations over your life and ministry.
1. “I am under a divine compulsion to preach the Gospel. Woe to me if I do not preach the good news! I am a faithful steward of the mystery of Christ.”

3. “I have encountered the Messiah! Jesus Christ has revealed Himself to me. I know who I have believed, and my testimony is powerful and effective.”
4. “Today, I leave my old water jar behind. I am free from the burdens of my past. I am no longer defined by my mistakes but by my identity in Christ. I run forward, unhindered and full of purpose.”
5. “I am a compelling witness for Christ. I will not hide my story. I declare that my testimony will draw men and women from my city to come and see Jesus for themselves.”
6. “My life is a living sermon. My words are filled with grace and truth. Doors of opportunity for effective ministry are open to me, and people’s hearts are receptive to the Gospel because of my witness.”
