BASIC SCRIPTURE: LUKE 7: 11-17

Luke 7:11-17 (KJV):

And it came to pass the day after, that he went into a city called Nain; and many of his disciples went with him, and much people.
Now when he came nigh to the gate of the city, behold, there was a dead man carried out, the only son of his mother, and she was a widow: and much people of the city was with her.
And when the Lord saw her, he had compassion on her, and said unto her, Weep not.
And he came and touched the bier: and they that bare him stood still. And he said, Young man, I say unto thee, Arise.
And he that was dead sat up, and began to speak. And he delivered him to his mother.
And there came a fear on all: and they glorified God, saying, That a great prophet is risen up among us; and, That God hath visited his people.
And this rumour of him went forth throughout all Judaea, and throughout all the region round about.

Heavenly Father, thank You for Your compassion and love towards us. Just as Jesus had compassion on the widow of Nain, show Your mercy and kindness in our lives.
Lord Jesus, we pray for Your miraculous intervention in situations that seem hopeless and dead. Speak life into every area of our lives that needs resurrection.
Father, we lift up those who are grieving and in sorrow. Comfort them with Your presence and bring restoration and joy to their hearts.
Lord, as You touched the bier and commanded the young man to arise, touch our lives with Your power and bring new life and hope where there is despair.
Heavenly Father, we pray for a deeper revelation of Your power and glory. May we experience Your miracles and give You all the glory and honor.
Lord, let the testimony of Your works spread throughout our communities and regions. May many come to know You and glorify Your name because of what You have done.
Father, strengthen our faith to believe in Your power to do the impossible. Help us to trust in Your promises and to walk in the confidence of Your Word.

I declare that the compassion and love of Jesus Christ are evident in my life. His mercy and kindness surround me every day.
I declare that Jesus speaks life into every hopeless and dead situation in my life. His resurrection power is at work in me, bringing new life and hope.
I declare that those who are grieving and in sorrow are comforted by the presence of the Lord. He restores their joy and brings healing to their hearts.
I declare that Jesus touches my life with His power. Every area of despair is transformed by His touch, and I rise up in new strength and hope.
I declare that I have a deeper revelation of God’s power and glory. I experience His miracles and give Him all the glory and honor.
I declare that the testimony of God’s works spreads throughout my community and region. Many come to know and glorify His name because of His mighty deeds.
I declare that my faith is strong, and I believe in God’s power to do the impossible. I trust in His promises and walk confidently in His Word.
