1. Matthew 4:1-11 (KJV)
1 Then was Jesus led up of the Spirit into the wilderness to be tempted of the devil.
2 And when he had fasted forty days and forty nights, he was afterward an hungred.
3 And when the tempter came to him, he said, If thou be the Son of God, command that these stones be made bread.
4 But he answered and said, It is written, Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceedeth out of the mouth of God.
5 Then the devil taketh him up into the holy city, and setteth him on a pinnacle of the temple,
6 And saith unto him, If thou be the Son of God, cast thyself down: for it is written, He shall give his angels charge concerning thee: and in their hands they shall bear thee up, lest at any time thou dash thy foot against a stone.
7 Jesus said unto him, It is written again, Thou shalt not tempt the Lord thy God.
8 Again, the devil taketh him up into an exceeding high mountain, and sheweth him all the kingdoms of the world, and the glory of them;
9 And saith unto him, All these things will I give thee, if thou wilt fall down and worship me.
10 Then saith Jesus unto him, Get thee hence, Satan: for it is written, Thou shalt worship the Lord thy God, and him only shalt thou serve.
11 Then the devil leaveth him, and, behold, angels came and ministered unto him.
2. John 8:44 (KJV)
44 Ye are of your father the devil, and the lusts of your father ye will do. He was a murderer from the beginning, and abode not in the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he speaketh a lie, he speaketh of his own: for he is a liar, and the father of it.

Prayers:
- Prayer for Victory over Temptation
Lord Jesus, just as You overcame the temptations in the wilderness, I pray for the strength to resist the tempter in my life. Empower me to live by every word that proceeds from Your mouth and not be swayed by the lies of the enemy. - Prayer for Discernment
Father, I pray for spiritual discernment to recognize the tactics of the enemy. Grant me the wisdom to reject every lie and deception of the devil, and let Your truth guide my decisions and actions. - Prayer for Divine Strength
Lord, as You were sustained in the wilderness through fasting and prayer, I ask for divine strength and endurance in my spiritual journey. Help me to stand firm during trials and to rely on Your Word for sustenance. - Prayer for Deliverance from Evil
Lord Jesus, You declared, “Get thee hence, Satan,” and the devil fled. I declare the same authority over every evil attack and temptation in my life. Deliver me from every snare and plan of the evil one. - Prayer for Protection from Lies
Heavenly Father, protect me from the lies of the enemy, who is the father of lies. Let Your truth always be a shield around me. Help me to meditate on Your Word and reject every falsehood that comes my way. - Prayer for Spiritual Armor
Lord, clothe me with the whole armor of God that I may be able to withstand the wiles of the devil. Let the helmet of salvation and the sword of the Spirit be my defense in every spiritual battle. - Prayer for Submission to God’s Will
Father, I submit myself fully to Your will and purpose. Just as Jesus rejected the temptation of worldly kingdoms and chose obedience, help me to always choose Your kingdom over worldly desires. - Prayer for Alignment with God’s Word
Lord, as it is written, “Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word of God.” I ask for the grace to depend on Your Word for guidance, provision, and direction in every area of my life. - Prayer for Angelic Assistance
Father, just as angels ministered to Jesus after His trial, I ask for divine intervention and heavenly assistance in my life. Send Your angels to strengthen and protect me from all harm. - Prayer to Overcome the Flesh
Lord, help me to overcome the desires of the flesh, just as Jesus overcame hunger, pride, and temptation in the wilderness. Let my spirit be stronger than my flesh, and guide me to live in obedience to Your Word.
Daily Declarations:
- I declare that I have victory over every temptation and trial through the power of Jesus Christ.
- I live by every word that comes from the mouth of God and reject the lies of the enemy.
- The Lord is my strength and sustainer in times of trial; I will not be moved.
- I overcome the works of the enemy by the blood of the Lamb and the word of my testimony.
- No temptation has overtaken me that I cannot withstand, for God provides a way of escape.
- I declare that the devil has no power over me; I am covered by the blood of Jesus.
- I submit myself to God, resist the devil, and he flees from me.
- I declare that I will worship only the Lord my God and serve Him with all my heart.
- I am protected from the lies of the enemy, for I walk in the light of God’s truth.
- I am equipped with the full armor of God, and I stand firm against all the schemes of the devil.
- I reject every offer and deception of the world and choose to follow God’s will for my life.
- By the power of the Holy Spirit, I discern the plans of the enemy and stand firm in the truth.
- I am seated in heavenly places with Christ, far above all principalities and powers.
- The Word of God is my shield and sword, guiding me through every temptation and trial.
- I declare that I have overcome the devil, for greater is He that is in me than he that is in the world.
- I receive divine strength and assistance from the Lord, and angels are ministering on my behalf.
- Every lie of the enemy is exposed and defeated by the truth of God’s Word in my life.
- I declare that my faith is rooted in Christ, and I stand unshaken by the temptations of the flesh.
- The enemy has no hold on me; I walk in the freedom and victory given to me by Jesus.
- I am a child of God, and the devil has no authority over my life. I walk in the authority of Christ!
