BASIC SCRIPTURE: GENESIS 13: 1 – 11
Genesis 13:1-11 (KJV):
- And Abram went up out of Egypt, he, and his wife, and all that he had, and Lot with him, into the south.
- And Abram was very rich in cattle, in silver, and in gold.
- And he went on his journeys from the south even to Bethel, unto the place where his tent had been at the beginning, between Bethel and Hai;
- Unto the place of the altar, which he had made there at the first: and there Abram called on the name of the LORD.
- And Lot also, which went with Abram, had flocks, and herds, and tents.
- And the land was not able to bear them, that they might dwell together: for their substance was great, so that they could not dwell together.
- And there was a strife between the herdmen of Abram’s cattle and the herdmen of Lot’s cattle: and the Canaanite and the Perizzite dwelled then in the land.
- And Abram said unto Lot, Let there be no strife, I pray thee, between me and thee, and between my herdmen and thy herdmen; for we be brethren.
- Is not the whole land before thee? separate thyself, I pray thee, from me: if thou wilt take the left hand, then I will go to the right; or if thou depart to the right hand, then I will go to the left.
- And Lot lifted up his eyes, and beheld all the plain of Jordan, that it was well watered every where, before the LORD destroyed Sodom and Gomorrah, even as the garden of the LORD, like the land of Egypt, as thou comest unto Zoar.
- Then Lot chose him all the plain of Jordan; and Lot journeyed east: and they separated themselves the one from the other.

Prayers and Declarations for Genesis 13:1-11:
- Prayer for Peace and Harmony:
- Heavenly Father, I thank You for the example of Abram, who sought peace and harmony above all else. Help me, Lord, to be a peacemaker in my relationships, seeking to resolve conflicts with humility and grace. May I always prioritize unity and love among my brethren. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

- I declare that I will walk in humility and generosity, just as Abram did. I will not strive for the best for myself, but I will trust in God’s provision, knowing that He will supply all my needs. - I declare that my trust is in God’s provision and timing. Just as Abram trusted God with his future, I will trust that God will lead me to the right place at the right time. I will not be anxious or worried, for I know that God’s plans for me are good, and He will guide me in the way I should go.
- Prayer for Contentment:
- Father, teach me to be content with what You have given me. Help me to avoid envy or comparison with others. Like Abram, may I be satisfied with the portion You have allotted to me, knowing that Your blessings are more than enough. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
- Declaration of Peaceful Separation:
- I declare that if separation is necessary, I will do so peacefully and with integrity. I will let go of strife and bitterness, trusting that God will continue to bless and guide me in the new path He has set before me. My heart will remain pure and focused on God’s purpose for my life.
