Mary and Martha had only one prayer: “Lord, the one You love is sick.” Simple! Urgent! They expected Jesus to come immediately. But He didn’t. To them, Jesus was late. But to God, He was right on time. Why? Because God wasn’t planning a healing! He was planning a resurrection (John 11:40-44). Wow! Sarah Mark wrote, “God doesn’t just answer needs, He is looking for avenues to reveal His Glory!” When it seems God is delaying, rejoice in your upcoming “Lazarus moment!” You may feel like Martha right now; angry, confused, wondering why He didn’t come through when it mattered most. But child of God, He is never absent; He’s just preparing something greater than you prayed for! Stand still! Trust fully! God is still writing your story, and the part that doesn’t make sense now will be the part that brings the most glory later! Your unanswered prayers, whether for a job, a relationship, or a breakthrough, are not denials! God is setting the stage for a resurrection moment that will unveil His glory in your life! Hold fast, for your desert is about to reveal a well of divine purpose! Open your mouth and declare 7 times now! “I shall wait! He is planning much more than I asked for! It shall not tarry!” Close with Habakkuk 2:3: “For the vision is yet for an appointed time, but at the end it shall speak, and not lie: though it tarry, wait for it; because it will surely come, it will not tarry.”
