Who was better: Pele or Maradona? Who is the greatest footballer of all time? The verdict is out – Pele was far better, Maradona is not worthy to be compared to Pele. Pele did not play in Europe but that worked in his favour. Because all of his team mates were playing in South America, Pele had worse team mates than Maradona. Pele was playing with all-star teams while Maradona was playing in average teams! At 17 years-old, Pele was already part of an all-star team, he qualified there; while at 18- years-old, Maradona failed to qualify to a lower team. At 17- years-old, Pele was a main starter of the national team in the World Cup but Maradona was not. At 17-years-old, Pele had already scored a hat trick in the World Cup, scored in the final and semi-final of the World Cup while Maradona was even not called to the World Cup national team squad even at the age of 18. At 17- years- old, Pele scored 6 goals in the World Cup while Maradona failed to do it at 22- years- old. IN FACT, Pele scored 32% of all Brazil’s goals. Ah! In this year 2025, don’t give the devil the pleasure of seeing you wasted through depression, self-pity or COMPARING YOURSELF WITH OTHERS! Yes, others have given testimonies since this year began or may be ahead in one way or the other, but always remember that your season will come too! Hear Katherine Porter: “I was right not to be afraid of any thief but myself, who will end by leaving me nothing.” Pitying yourself is stealing from yourself! Today’s scripture(vs.12) says: “For we dare not make ourselves of the number, or compare ourselves with some that commend themselves: but they measuring themselves by themselves, and comparing themselves among themselves, are not wise.” Learn and wait on the Lord!

- I shall fulfil all the will of God for my life in Jesus name.
- I refuse to compare myself to others. My God, I thank you for the
gift of life. Make my season to come in Jesus name. - Pray about your destiny generally as led now.
