Peter refused to eat the food presented to him even by the LORD because he thought IT WAS UNCLEAN! Oh, see these scriptures again: Verses 13 – 16 of today’s scripture, “And there came a voice to him, ‘Rise, Peter; kill, and eat.’ But Peter said, ‘Not so, Lord; for I have never eaten any thing that is common or unclean.’ And the voice spake unto him again the second time, ‘What God hath cleansed, that call not thou common. This was done thrice: and the vessel was received up again into heaven.” Peter even told the LORD: “NO!” Wow! He forgot that you don’t say ‘NO’ to the LORD AND MASTER! He was so hard to change that after three times, THE VESSEL WAS TAKEN BACK TO HEAVEN! I believe God got PAUL saved because He knew Apostle Peter may not reach out to the Gentiles! Don’t forget that Peter once REBUKED THE LORD(Matthew 16:22). Ah! LEARN TO DO A CHECK-UP OF YOUR LIFE AND MINISTRY AND EFFECT SOME CHANGES EVEN AS THE YEAR ENDS!
