Welcome to today’s devotional of jumping over evil exchange! A very old woman celebrated her 110th birthday. People gathered around her thanking God for the long life she had lived. While they celebrated with her, to the surprise of everyone, she burst into tears. People were wondering why she was crying and then she made a shocking confession. She cried out that she was tired of living. The old woman wanted to die but death refused to come! She confessed that years ago, when sickness came knocking at her door, she made a pact to live at the cost of her unborn children’s destinies! Every child she bore perished at 15; their future consumed by her decision! Now, at 110, the only people celebrating with her were neighbours and distant relatives because all the children were dead! Wow! What a life! No wonder Isaiah 5:8 says: “Woe unto them that join house to house, that lay field to field, till there be no place, that they may be placed alone in the midst of the earth!” They take and take until they have more than they can enjoy. Oh, what a wicked world! Cain wanted to use the blood of Abel to reach God, but that blood condemned him to hell (Genesis 4:10). Mahatma Gandhi cried: “Earth provides enough to satisfy every man’s needs, but not every man’s greed.” These enemies will sacrifice anything or anyone for their greed. Most times when I conduct deliverance, it pains me how those who are close are usually the perpetrators of this demonic evil. Hear me: Today marks the end of your bondage to spiritual wickedness! Any man/woman that needs to die will die! No man or woman can use your LIFE as an EXCHANGE FOR THEIR LONG LIVES! Your glory is restored by fire in Jesus name! Hold on and hold out!
