A law on the spraying of money at celebrations is being enforced in Nigeria! The Law (act) states that: Any person who, without the authority of the Central Bank of Nigeria, destroys, defaces, disfigures, or otherwise damages any currency note or coin in Nigeria shall be guilty of an offence and shall on conviction be liable to a fine of N50,000 or imprisonment for two years or both! Normally during receptions at weddings or other parties, guests shower the celebrants with cash as a form of good wishes, good fortune and blessings! But now, to avoid being caught in the web of the law, some celebrants now bring portable credit/debit card readers to marriage reception venues. Friends and relatives slide their cards through the machine to deposit money in the couple’s bank account and then decorate the bride and bridegroom with the printed receipts! Wow! And quickly the Holy Ghost shoots a strong question into your life and ministry: With what will you be decorated at the marriage of marriages (the great marriage supper of the Lamb – Rev. 19:9)? With other legitimate, daily life pursuits, please don’t forget this marriage ceremony or THE RAPTURE/SECOND COMING OF CHRIST! You must rebel against anything or person that will stop you from being present at the marriage supper of the Lamb. Drop that sin or hypocritical lifestyle! It’s even a bigger disgrace to be present without your due decoration! Whatever will make you work on earth and lose your due reward (greater than credit card), must be uprooted today, from your life and ministry!Run this race with vigilance, endurance and purity. Resist discouragement! Your Bridegroom (Jesus) is busy preparing for that wedding ceremony in heaven! When Jesus comes to reward His servants, whether it be noon or night, will your lamps be trimmed and bright?
