Welcome to this hour with your God, Jehovah El Gibbor – THE MIGHTY GOD! Share Jeremiah 29:11, “For I know the thoughts that I think toward you,’ saith the LORD, ‘thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you an expected end.” The NIV translation says, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.” Nothing gives a child of God an unshakable confidence than these words. If God says He wants to prosper you, there is nothing in this world or in any world that can stop it from coming to pass. God does not fail in His promises! You can hold Him to it. You can hang on to His hem and say: “You promised me.” You can hold on to the angel’s wings and say “Until this promise comes to pass, I will not let you go!” Hebrews 10:23 says, “Let us hold fast the profession of our faith without wavering.” Another powerful verse says in Romans 4: 20-21, “He staggered not at the promise of God through unbelief.” Do not let the situation of the past lock you up in the prison of unbelief! That past failure does not define you! That DELAY does not define you! When it seems like your God is not answering, do not panic! Listen and be reminded that: God is not pacing back and forth worrying about what to make of your future; He has already designed it! That verse says, “I KNOW the thoughts…” Declare 7 times now: “HE KNOWS!” “HE KNOWS!” “HE KNOWS!…” Yes! He knows everything about every challenge!
