BASIC SCRIPTURES FOR JUNE 16, 2025:

PSALM 124 & PSALM 148 

[A Song of degrees of David]

1. “If it had not been the LORD who was on our side, now may Israel say;

2. If it had not been the LORD who was on our side, when men rose up against us:

3. Then they had swallowed us up quick, when their wrath was kindled against us:

4. Then the waters had overwhelmed us, the stream had gone over our soul:

5. Then the proud waters had gone over our soul.

6. Blessed be the LORD, who hath not given us as a prey to their teeth.

7. Our soul is escaped as a bird out of the snare of the fowlers: the snare is broken, and we are escaped.

8. Our help is in the name of the LORD, who made heaven and earth.”

PSALM 148 ( KJV):

1. “Praise ye the LORD. Praise ye the LORD from the heavens: praise him in the heights.

2. Praise ye him, all his angels: praise ye him, all his hosts.

3. Praise ye him, sun and moon: praise him, all ye stars of light.

4. Praise him, ye heavens of heavens, and ye waters that be above the heavens.

5. Let them praise the name of the LORD: for he commanded, and they were created.

6. He hath also stablished them for ever and ever: he hath made a decree which shall not pass.

7. Praise the LORD from the earth, ye dragons, and all deeps:

8. Fire, and hail; snow, and vapour; stormy wind fulfilling his word:

9. Mountains, and all hills; fruitful trees, and all cedars:

10. Beasts, and all cattle; creeping things, and flying fowl:

11. Kings of the earth, and all people; princes, and all judges of the earth:

12. Both young men, and maidens; old men, and children:

13. Let them praise the name of the LORD: for his name alone is excellent; his glory is above the earth and heaven.

14. He also exalteth the horn of his people, the praise of all his saints; even of the children of Israel, a people near unto him. Praise ye the LORD.”

PRAYER FOR JUNE 16, 2025:

“Almighty and Most Merciful Father, we come before Your throne of grace on this day of June 16, 2025, with hearts full of gratitude and lips ready to proclaim Your mighty works. As we meditate on Psalm 124, we declare with absolute certainty that had it not been for You, O Lord, standing as our divine defender, we would have been utterly consumed by the schemes of the enemy.

We remember how You have delivered us from floods of adversity that sought to overwhelm our souls, from snares carefully laid by the wicked that sought to entrap us. But blessed be Your holy name, for You broke every chain and set us free to soar on wings like eagles! Our testimony echoes through the ages: ‘Our help is in the name of the Lord, who made heaven and earth!’

As we lift our eyes to Psalm 148, we join the magnificent symphony of creation in praising Your excellent name. From the highest heavens where angelic hosts cry ‘Holy,’ to the roaring depths where sea creatures declare Your majesty; from celestial bodies that follow their ordained courses, to the storms that obey Your voice – all creation bows in worship.

We call forth praise from every dimension of our lives on this day:

• From our ministries and callings (v.1-2)

• From our daily provision and harvests (v.3-5)

• From our trials and victories (v.7-8)

• From our families and generations (v.11-12)

• From our innermost being (v.14)

Father, as we stand at this midpoint of 2025, we rededicate ourselves to being vessels of Your praise. May our lives continually declare that Your name alone is excellent, and Your glory surpasses all understanding. We receive fresh grace to walk in the fullness of our destiny, knowing You have established us forever by Your unchanging decree.

In the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, we pray. Amen.”

DECLARATION:

On this 16th day of June, 2025, we boldly declare:

1. DELIVERANCE DECREE (From Psalm 124):

• “The Lord is my ever-present defender against all opposition (v.1-2)”

• “No flood of adversity shall overwhelm my destiny (v.4-5)”

• “Every hidden snare is now broken by God’s power (v.7)”

• “My life testifies of divine intervention (v.6,8)”

2. CREATION MANDATE (From Psalm 148):

• “All heaven’s resources are mobilized for my purpose (v.1-4)”

• “The natural realm cooperates with my destiny (v.5-8)”

• “My family lineage walks in divine favor (v.11-12)”

• “My praise exalts Christ above all earthly systems (v.13)”

• “I walk in supernatural elevation and influence (v.14)”

3. 2025 PROPHETIC POSITIONING:

• “This mid-year point marks my transition from survival to revival”

• “What the enemy meant for my destruction becomes my platform for testimony”

• “My praise unlocks new dimensions of God’s glory in my life”

• “I am established forever by God’s eternal decree”
