“And, being assembled together with them, commanded them that they should not depart from Jerusalem, but wait for the promise of the Father, which, saith he, ye have heard of me.”

PRAYER FOR 20TH JUNE 2025
Heavenly Father,
As we stand at this divine moment between Ascension and Pentecost, we wait like the early disciples for Your promised power. Purify our hearts as we gather in unity, seeking Your face in prayer. Baptize us afresh with Your Holy Spirit that we might be effective witnesses in our Jerusalem, Judea, Samaria and to the ends of the earth. Keep us from distraction about times and seasons, but fix our eyes on the glorious return of Christ. May this day mark a new beginning of Spirit-empowered ministry in our lives. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
