Vs. 22 of today’s scripture says: “And the Philistines came up yet again, and spread themselves in the valley of Rephaim.” Manna Devotional 20th December 2022 – STOPPING COUNTER ATTACKS!
The Holy Ghost wants you to note the key word “AGAIN” in that scripture! That is the pattern of the devil; he doesn’t give up unless you are stubborn and determined never to quit trusting in your God! Rev. 12:7 says – “And there was war in heaven: Michael and his angels fought against the dragon; and the dragon fought and his angels.” Did you get that? When the ANGELS OF GOD fought against the dragon (LUCIFER THE DEVIL), he (the dragon- LUCIFER-the fallen angel) fought back against Angel Michael!
Wow! Satan would always resist and come again with a counter attack. That is why you must not quit as the year is ending. No matter how 2022 has been, DETERMINE TO HOLD ON! Satan has a principle of again and again. You bind him in the morning and in the afternoon, he wants to attack again.
You bind him in the afternoon and in the night, he wants to attack again. You too must hold on AGAIN, AGAN and AGAIN! The Philistines came against David again; they were defeated the first time but they came back AGAIN. Yes! They have negative courage; Satan has negative courage.

That’s why you must have positive courage. If the devil will not give up, you will not give up. Say this right now, 7 times: “If the devil will not give up on my destiny, I will not give up in trusting my God! I will not give up in looking forward to the hills from whence cometh my help. I am not a quitter! I am not a quitter!! I am not a quitter!!!” Hold on when the battle seems fierce; when that delays looks impossible!
Hold on when you are an object of mockery, hold on when they have written you off, hold on when it seems that God has gone on holiday, hold on because God has you in His mind! Pray seriously now! Manna Devotional 20th December 2022 – STOPPING COUNTER ATTACKS!
