Verses 24 of today’s scripture says, “You see that a person is considered righteous by what they do and not by faith alone.” YES! It is becoming very embarrassing to have billions of Christians in the world but a scarcity of righteous men! There is now a BIG GAP between RIGHTEOUS MEN/WOMEN and Christians! People are no longer determined to LIVE LIKE JESUS CHRIST! They love church, the music, the crowd and miracles, etc, but they are not Christ-like! Many are pursuing THE GIFTS and not the FRUITS of the Holy Ghost! Do you know that a fruit can take years to produce in harsh weather, but it can take just a few seconds to give out that fruit as a gift? The Holy Ghost is sounding an alarm: GO BACK TO BETHEL!(See Gen. 31: 13; 35: 1). Go back to where you first started! Go back to your FIRST LOVE for Jesus! Let’s stop all this RAZZMATAZZ in the church that has very few CHRIST-LIKE PEOPLE! Matthew 5:16 (NIV) says “… let your light shine before others, that they may see your good deeds and glorify your Father in heaven.” If God is righteous, why is your life WORLDLY and so IMMORAL? You cannot have God’s nature and be living like the devil’s apprentice! Never forget that HEAVEN IS REAL! We are all leaving this planet someday! What will you tell the LORD? See Romans 8:19 (NIV): “For the creation waits in eager expectation for the children of God to be revealed.” The WORLD is waiting for your manifestation of God’s character and power! Mahatma Gandhi, a Hindu, once said, “I like your Christ. But I do not like your Christians. Your Christians are so unlike your Christ.” Wow! Hear me: You do not get a mark for reading the Bible. But you do get marked by heaven for living it! In a championship, people remember the players; not the fans! Let your game of life announce Jesus Christ everyday as you go out! Start today!
