I AM AN EAGLE AND NOT A PARROT!
BASIC SCRIPTURE: PROVERBS 17: 22-28
Eccl. 5:2 says: “Be not rash with thy mouth, and let not thine heart be hasty to utter anything before God: for God is in heaven, and thou upon earth: therefore let thy words be few.” Note: BE NOT RASH WITH THY MOUTH! Proverbs 10 19 says:
“In the multitude of words there wanteth not sin: but he that refraineth his lips is wise.”

REFRAIN (CLOSE and WITHHOLD) YOUR LIPS! Let your life be like a chapter of a book and not the whole story! BE FEW IN YOUR WORDS! Much wisdom often goes with a few words! Parrots, also known as psittacines, are birds of the roughly 398 species in 92 genera comprising the order Psittaciformes, found mostly in tropical and subtropical regions.
These birds intelligent, charismatic, colorful, and musical. HOWEVER, THEY CANNOT KEEP SECRETS! They can imitate human speech. The male African gray parrot (Psittacus erithacus) is the most accomplished user of human speech in the animal world! That is why it is not wise to discuss a business deal or Intimate secrets in the presence of a parrot Avold friends who are “PARROTS.”

Shakespeare said: “MEN OF FEW WORDS ARE THE BEST MEN.” Determine that in the remaining days of 2021, you will be a voice and not an ECHO like a partou! Yes! PARROTS ARE ECHOES! They talk, talk,
talk and sing out whatever they hear. The power of speech is the ability to express a lot in a few words! That is the character of the EAGLE!
That is why a PROVERB has three
characteristics – FEW WORDS, GOOD SENSE and a FINE IMAGE! Be like the Eagle! They fly very high but FLY ALONE! Let the LORD take you from the crowd! TALK LESS! TALK LESS! TALK LESSI! Close with this: “He that hath knowledge spareth his words…” (Prov. 17:27).

- Lord, I am like an EAGLE; the king of birds. I am not like a PARROT, a revealer of secrets! I am a secret keeper! I am POWERFUL and my words carry AUTHORITY.
