Weakness (discouragement) stops the blessing from being released. Israel was sorrowful, weak and discouraged and because of that, he could not bless! Before you continue, pray the prayers below: 1. I shall not be weak, discouraged and depressed as 2024 ends. 2. End-of-year depression and discouragement shall not take the blessings of God out of my mouth. I will be strong and my mouth will be full of blessings in Jesus name. 3. Power of environmental covens, CATCH FIRE in Jesus name. 4. All opportunity wasters, my life is not your candidate; In today’s scripture, notice that when Jacob heard that Joseph was around, something happened within him. HE STRENGTHENED HIMSELF!No matter how strong or spiritual you think you are, there are seasons of tiredness and weakness! I decree that encouragement is coming because when Israel heard that his favorite son was on the way, STRENGTH RETURNED. Hear me: A miracle that will encourage you is on the way! Notice that this is what God did for Israel: Verse 1, Israel was sick, and then Joseph was informed. Verse 2, Jacob heard that Joseph was coming to him, and then HE STRENGTHENED HIMSELF! In Verse 5 and Verse 6, Israel adopted the first two sons of Joseph, Ephraim and Manasseh, and made them his own sons. And then in Verses 13 – 16, he blessed Ephraim and Manasseh. In Verse 20, he made Ephraim and Manasseh a reference point and standard for blessings and in Verses 21 and 22, HE PROPHESIED THE EXODUS! OH… it all began with Verse 2: ISRAEL HEARD THE GOOD NEWS AND HE STRENGTHENED HIMSELF AND WAS ABLE TO BLESS HIS FUTURE! REFUSE TO GIVE UP! That good news that you need will come your way today and before the end of 2024 in Jesus name! That good news, THAT ONE WORD THAT WILL CHANGE YOUR LIFE FOR THE BETTER, WILL COME YOUR WAY! Get ready, I can see things turning around for your good very, very soon! Amen and amen!
