BASIC SCRIPTURE: PSALM 150: 1- 6
Welcome to today’s devotional encounter with He that manufactured the GIFT OF LIFE! Note that the last verse of the Book of Psalms is the first verse in the school of victory – learning to praise God in advance for every anticipated victory. That verse – Psalm 150:6 says: “Let every thing that hath breath praise the LORD. Praise ye the LORD!”

EVERYTHING THAT HAS BREATH! Note that breathing is not noisy! So that verse is saying that even when nothing noisy is happening; when no miracles, singing, noise, celebration which usually trigger noise and dancing, ATMOSPHERE,etc,are happening, just praise Him – ONCE YOU HAVE BREATH. Did you get that? Your main reason for that YOU HAVE BREATH!

But when you praise God in the midst of that battle, delay or pain, then something NOISY (celebration) will come forth! It is the SILENT UNSEEN PHASE (BREATH) that triggers the SHOUTING AND LOUD PHASE (celebration). Indeed in life, you can only have BLISS if you don’t chase it or murmur about it! It is in QUIETNESS and CONFIDENCE that your strength is announced! He who lives in harmony with himself lives in harmony with the universe!

Look back and thank God! Look forward and trust God! He closes doors no man can open and He opens doors no man can close! Oh, Charles Spurgeon once said: “To trust God in the light is nothing! Trusting Him in the dark is FAITH.” Lift your hand and begin to praise the LORD NOW because you have BREATH! Satan is in trouble because you have BREATH! Pray and praise Him now!
