A man bought a cow for $50, but when he returned the next day to collect it, the seller regretfully informed him that the cow had died overnight. Unfortunately the seller couldn’t return his money. Instead of getting upset, the man calmly requested to take the dead cow. Two weeks later, the seller ran into the man again and couldn’t resist asking, “What did you do with the dead cow?” The man grinned and said, “I raffled it off. Sold tickets for $2 each, and over 50 people bought in for the chance to win.” Shocked, the seller exclaimed, “But… the cow was dead!” The man shrugged, “The only hitch was the winner— he figured it out and refused the prize. So, I gave him his $2 back. I gained much more.” Wow! He used a dead cow to trick people into giving him money. In these last days, there will be more deceptions! Reject depression if you have made such mistakes of falling as a victim to deception! I see 8, 300 ODM users that have fallen victims and suffered losses! But the LORD says to you right now- ALL THINGS WILL WORK in your favour (Romans 8: 27-28)! Henry Ofrin quotes, “It is not enough to seek answers; we must also seek truth, lest we become entangled in the schemes of those who thrive on deception.” Yes! People are more interested in quick fixes than solid truth. But NEVER rush into making decisions this year! Be vigilant! Hear from God! And you will escape a million mistakes this year!
