TOPIC: A WIDOW OF 24 DAYS!
BASIC SCRIPTURE: ESTHER 4: 1-14
The Nigerian Air Force (NAF) lost two of its pilots alongside three . crew members in a helicopter crash on January 2nd 2019. Among the deceased was late Flight Lieutenant Perowei Jacob who served as pilot in command prior to his death. The Late Perowei just tied the knot (wedded) on December 8th 2018, making his marriage only tliree weeks old before the crash that claimed his life.

WHAT A WORLD OF MYSTERIES! So, their marriage lasted for only three weeks, making his wife a widow 24 days after their wedding ceremony. Their plane crashed while providing close air support to troops of 145 Battalion. Damasak in Borno state of Nigeria, but what the HOLY GHOST wants you to know is that it is not how long, but how well you have lived that matters! You only live once, but if you do it right, once is enough! You must make the best use of these hours and weeks/years you have been offered by your MAKER!
You must also be thankful for every minute of the blessings in your hands today! NOTHING LASTS FOREVER! I remember Steve Jobs: “Your time is limited, SO don’t waste it living someone else’s life. Don’t be trapped by dogma, which is living with the results of other people’s thinking. Don’t let the noise of other opinions drown out ^ your own inner voice. And, most importantly, have the courage to follow your heart and intuition. “indeed, “life is a question and how live it is our answer” (Gary Keller).

Lighten up, just enjoy life smile more; Reject depression! Reject REGRETS! Reject the tears and reject envying others! Did this widow know that she would be married for only 24 days? Yet there are those that have been named for “”0 years! Life is a mystery and you must NEVER compare yourself to others! Did Queen Esther know that she would enter into a m image where she would hardly see her husband? See Vs. i 1 of today’s scripture! For over four weeks, she could not see her husband though they lived in the same palace!
Don’t question life! Just live it and give thanks for the gift of life! Close with this: “In the end. it’s not the years in your life that count. It’s the life in your years” (Abraham Lincoln).
