TOPIC: THERE IS NO EMPTY CUP =1
BASIC SCRIPTURE: 1 SAMUEL 16:14
Beloved, when you put a cup down and there is no water or tea in the cup, you can be sure that there is air in the cup. In like manner, there is no empty human being. It is either the person is carrying the spirit of God in him or her or a demonic spirit. Today’s basic scripture says: “But the Spirit of the Lord departed from Saul, and an evil spirit from the Lord troubled him.” This scripture is a good example to prove that there is no empty cup/human. When the spirit of God left King Saul, an evil spirit took over and tormented him. This was possible because King Saul lived in sin/disobedience. You see, the Holy Spirit is holy and cannot dwell in a sinful person. To ensure it is the spirit of God inside and active in you, you must live holy, obey God’s command as well as your parent’s instructions
