There was a 30-year-old Nigerian man, Augustine Somuadina Ali, who was kidnapped and killed by unknown assailants three days after he received a visa to the UK for his Master’s degree program.
I read the story with so much grief. Another destiny cut short at the verge of glory. These types of stories of tragedy at the height of breakthrough always grieve me every time I read them. No doubt, enemies were at work.
Pay attention to this: Most times when people are more vulnerable are when they are very happy. At that moment, they lose their guard and are not watching! They forget that their arch-enemy the devil does not take a vacation!

The enemy is a hard worker, working twenty-four hours of the day to bring his craft to reality. For Augustine and his family, a new page was about to be opened. But unfortunately, those enemy terrorists said it was time to burn the whole book.
Oh, the cries of wickedness! I speak the Word of God upon you this minute: Every demonic war at the edge of your breakthrough will catch fire now in Jesus name. Listen: Success is not final, you can’t stop there.
This is why you do not relax even when victory comes. Many people are more prayerful and dutifully closer to God when they are pursuing a certain target, but once they achieve it, they forget about the God they cried to when the going was tough.
Oh, catch this: Sometimes if enemies cannot find a way into a man in the time of his struggle, they wait for him in the time of his joy. The Bible says that God giveth joy and added no sorrow. So, WATCH AND PRAY AS THE YEAR ENDS!
