TOPIC: MEN WILL NOT HEAR YOU TILL YOU HEAR FROM GOD -2
Yesterday we did learn that no man/woman can be heard in his/her generation except he or she hears from God regularly! Men who changed their history and the history of their generation have been men/women who heard from God before taking any step in life and ministry! Despite life’s challenges, lifewill be a constant series of promotions and lifting (heights) to anyone who is a hearer and teachable! No wonder Mike Murdock said, “Happiness begins between your ears.” Yes! Every spiritual revolution in history has always begun with an idea or a word from God. Jesus’ secret again was in John 5:30: “I can of Mine own self do nothing; as I hear, I Judge and my judgment is just …” The Amplified Bible puts it this way, “I am able to do nothing from Myself independently of My own accord, but only as I am taught by orders. Even as I hear, I judge (I decide as I am bidden to decide).” Oh! That was the secret of Jesus! He took orders from ABOVE regularly! After Paul (then Saul) had an encounter with the Holy Ghost fire, the first question was not for a house, a car, money or protection! His first question was, “who art Thou Lord?” – (vs. 5 of our 2nd scripture). His second question was: “What will thou have me to do?”(vs. 6). After knowing the Lord, your daily enquiry should be on a regular word and direction from heaven! That was the hidden secret of Paul’s amazing and great success! Follow him! Instead of copying others, why don’t you pay the price to hear? If you hear God,men will hear you! If you read the Word often and fast/pray on any matter, coupled with quietness, a word will be dropped in your spirit when needed! Envy no man! Do you know that you can be a prophet to yourself? Yes, you can hear deep things and secrets concerning your life, family and ministry! Pay the price to hear! Learn to have quiet moments even when there are trials all around! Your next level in life and ministry could depend on the next word you will hear! Stay quiet!
