Welcome! 1 Peter 5:9-10 (paraphrased) says: “Resist him (Satan), firm in your faith, knowing that the same kinds of suffering are being experienced by your brotherhood throughout the world. And after you have suffered a little while, the God of all grace, who has called you to His eternal glory in Christ, will Himself restore, confirm, strengthen, and establish you.” Note: “after you have suffered a little while.” Oh, in this race, SUFFERING is allowed by God FOR A LITTLE WHILE, from time to time (NOT FOREVER) in order to restore, confirm, strengthen, and establish you!

A closer look at the saints of old reveals that none of them became what they were without passing through one level of suffering or the other. Concerning Jesus, the Bible says: “Though He were a son, yet learned He obedience by the things which He suffered” (Heb. 5:8). Oh, did PAUL not say HE DIED DAILY (1 Cor. 15: 31)? You must “DIE” from time to time this year in order to LIVE and see the hidden TREASURES OF DARKNESS from time to time!

It was St. AUGUSTINE who said: “We are certainly in a common class with the beasts; every action of animal life is concerned with seeking bodily pleasure and avoiding pain.” Did you get that? When all you seek is BODILY PLEASURE and avoiding pain, then you are not better than even a common DOG (or any animal). C.S. Lewis penned: “Pain removes the veil; it plants the flag of truth within the fortress of a rebel soul.” Hear Charles Kingsley: ”Pain is no evil, unless it conquers us.”
The great Charles Spurgeon quipped: “I am certain that I never did grow in grace one-half so much anywhere as I have upon the bed of pain.” In this Year 2021, determine to daily KILL – discipline “YOURSELF” (your FLESH)! Die daily like Paul! Rebel against your flesh – sinful desires, laziness, depression, anxiety, self-pity, anger, and bitterness against God now. As the LORD LIVES, you will never know shame! The LORD told me: ‘Before your 14-day annual prayer and fasting programme, tell My people to SHOW MERCY TO OTHERS WORLDWIDE’ This is the ORIGIN of the MERCY MONTH OF JUNE before the JULY FAST! It is a month dedicated to do Charity work and show Practical Love. It should involve visiting Orphanages, Hospitals, elderly people’s home, donating blood, etc.
