BASIC SCRIPTURE: MATTHEW 6: 25-34
Matthew 6:25-34 King James Version
26 Behold the fowls of the air: for they sow not, neither do they reap, nor gather into barns; yet your heavenly Father feedeth them. Are ye not much better than they?
27 Which of you by taking thought can add one cubit unto his stature?

29 And yet I say unto you, That even Solomon in all his glory was not arrayed like one of these.
30 Wherefore, if God so clothe the grass of the field, which to day is, and to morrow is cast into the oven, shall he not much more clothe you, O ye of little faith?
31 Therefore take no thought, saying, What shall we eat? or, What shall we drink? or, Wherewithal shall we be clothed?
32 (For after all these things do the Gentiles seek:) for your heavenly Father knoweth that ye have need of all these things.
33 But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you.
34 Take therefore no thought for the morrow: for the morrow shall take thought for the things of itself. Sufficient unto the day is the evil thereof.

Recollect the devotional story of yesterday! The PILOT had to FLY HIGHER to deal with the RAT! That should be the story of your life! There will be fearful and noisome pestilence always in the world but resist fear! Just determine to FLY HIGHER in your inner man by switching from FEAR TO FAITH! Most people live lives of, “ASSUMING SOMETHING BAD HAPPENS? Their lives are full of SUPPOSITION! They ask themselves: “Suppose this should happen or suppose that should happen, what will I do, how will we bear it?” Suppose! Suppose! Suppose! This is a satanic attack on your BRAIN-YOUR IMAGINATION! But if you are living in the high tower of the dwelling place of God, all this “SUPPÖSE?” will drop out of your life. “SUPPOSE”, worry and fear take away from man both peace and joy! God has not given you the spirit of fear or “SUPPOSE” (2 Timothy 1:7). There is no doubt that life is full of challenges. However, worry is a waster of your mind and the body. Hear Leo Buscalgia: “Worry only saps today of its joy.” Worry and anxiety, magnifies your challenges, making them bigger than what they really are! A Swedish proverb says, “Worry often gives a small thing a bigger shadow” George Bernard Shaw said, “People become attached to their burdens sometimes more than the burdens are attached to them. Psychologists say that most of the things we worry about are not real, and for this reason, they never come to pass. This fact was put this way by Winston Churchill “When I look back on all these worries, I remember the story of the old man who said on his deathbed that he had had a lot of trouble in his life, most of which had never happened”. Even when our worries are real, and we are deeply enmeshed in them, God gives us the assurance that we will overcome them. Hear Him: “When thou passest through the waters, I will be with thee, and through the rivers, they shall not overflow thee. when thou walkest through the fire, thou shall not be burned, neither shall the flame kindle upon thee” (Isaiah 43:2). The bruh sat when you ride on the wings of faith and the Word of God worry becomes paralyzed because worry cannot breathe in an atmosphere of faith. Today’s scripture says: “Take no thought for your life, what ye shall eat, or what ye shall drink; nor yet for your body, what ye shall put on” (Verse 25). No matter how 2020 has been, you must treat every challenge giving you fear, anxiety and worry like the rat of yesterday’s devotional story. Hold on! Hold out! Trust God again! Soar high on the wings of faith and you will see that challenge die like that rat! I just heard that your celebration will be VERY LOUD in, Jesus’ name!
