Saint Peter was a man who feared for his life and his future. Even though he lived with Jesus for years, he could not fight the spirit of fear that haunted him. He sank when he attempted to walk on water because he feared. The power of fear of the future can STOP YOU THIS YEAR! Hear Winston S. Churchill: “Fear is a reaction. Courage is a decision.” I thank God because Peter’s faith was restored! Once he received the power of the Holy Ghost in Acts 2, a new Peter was born. In Verses 21- 23, Peter could speak confidently about Jesus. At this point, he was no longer afraid to declare his position with Jesus. He spoke authoritatively without fear. Wow! I love the ink droppings of Eleanor Roosevelt: “You gain strength, courage and confidence by every experience in which you really stop to look fear in the face. You are able to say to yourself, ‘I have lived through this horror. I can take the next thing that comes along.’ You must do the thing you think you cannot do.” Remember Fulton Oursler: “Many of us crucify ourselves between two thieves – regret for the past and fear of the future.” MOVE OUT OF FEAR IN 2024! Do You Know That Fear Kills Performance And Manifestation? DO WHAT YOU WERE AFRAID TO DO! Travel without fear! Invest prayerfully without fear! START A NEW BUSINESS! Start a family!
