It was Angela Bassett who once said: “Don’t settle for average. Bring your best to the moment. Then, whether it fails or succeeds, at least you know you gave all you had.” Yes! As we run the race of life and as 2024 crawls to an end, there may be times we may feel faint and be tempted to give up. Delays, comparing yourself with others and challenges can sometimes seem to overwhelm and discourage you! But then you must never forget that it is he that endures to the end that will REAP THE HARVEST. Today’s scripture talks about HOW BIG YOUR GOD IS! HE CAN DO ALL THINGS! Vs. 31 says as you trust HIM, you will MOUNT UP as an EAGLE! YOU WILL NEVER GO DOWN! Yea, YOU WILL MOUNT UP WHEN A MILLION PEOPLE ARE GOING DOWN! That is why you must NEVER QUIT! Starting sometimes may be easy, but staying on to the finishing is what can be difficult! Anyone can have a dream but it takes perseverance to see it come to pass. Thus the question often is not “Will you start, but will you finish?” When you are hit by setbacks, losses, false accusations, envy or betrayal by others, it can get very discouraging. You must therefore constantly remind yourself that you were not created to give up or quit – but to finish. No matter the discouragement, do not give up, do not give in! Close with Barbara Elaine Smith: “I have stood on many mountains of “NO’s” for one ‘YES.” She was REJECTED MANY TIMES, till her SELECTION SEASON CAME! She was DENIED AND DELAYED till her DANCING CAME! It takes just one second and ONE DAY to change your life! WAIT FOR THAT DAY AND THAT SEASON OF TESTIMONY! I see it and I see it coming SO SOON! DON’T QUIT! Hold on and hold out!

the LORD GOD is MIGHTY and STRONG (Declare it and
