What was it that caused Joseph to rise through the ranks in a foreign land and become the most powerful man in the land of Egypt? He had The Advantage. What was it that caused Abimelech to tremble and return the wife of Abraham to him after seizing her with the intention of marrying her? Abraham had The Advantage.. What was it that caused Samuel to tell Jesse and his sons, “Go and get that last boy, WE WILL NOT SIT UNTIL HE COMES?” David had The Advantage. What was it that caused Daniel and his three friends to rise up, stand out and become the best in the land, ten times better than all the professors and experts in Nebuchadnezzar’s kingdom? They had The Advantage! Was it not The Advantage that set Esther apart? She spent just one night with the king, and that was it. The following day, she was announced queen of the land. The Spirit of the Living God, the same God who marked me with The Advantage, has asked me to announce to you, a user of today’s devotional that: You have The Advantage as 2024 ends! You cannot lose in life/ministry. You cannot rot away in the pit of shame. What is that issue that has caused you to bow your head in shame, mockery, hopelessness and fear of the unknown? THE LORD SAYS YOUR MOCKERS SHALL LICK YOUR DUST! What is that glorious mighty thing that I call “The Advantage”? I don’t know what you call it, but Nehemiah called it “The good hand of the Lord” (Nehemiah 2:8); Ethan the Ezrahite (one of the writers of the book of Psalms) called it “The favour of God” (Psalm 89:17). Caleb and Joshua believed that it was the presence of the Lord and they declared, “The Lord is with us, let us go up at once and possess the Land” (Numbers 13:31). Peter, the great Apostle, called it “The more sure word of prophecy.” In Psalm 27:13, David called it “The goodness of God” and in 1 Corinthians 15:10, the great Apostle Paul called it “The grace of God.” It makes a whole lot of difference what you have. Get acquainted with this glorious and powerful thing that is called, “The Advantage” and let it swallow up every wall of disadvantage that men have erected between you and your throne of joy unspeakable!
