Tsar Nicholas II, the last emperor of Russia and his entire family, . were shot and killed at Yekaterinburg by the Red Guards in 1918 nearly a year after Lenin and the Bolsheviks seized power in the Russian revolution. Eighty years later however, Boris Yeltsin then as Russian president in 1998, led his nation in an official apology for the murder of the emperor, at a moving ceremony in the Cathedral of the Peter and Paul Fortress where his ancestors were buried! Watched by millions of Russians, Yeltsin stood in somber silence before the grave and said he had no option but to be present to tell the truth and apologize! In his words, “The Yekaterinburg massacre has become one of the most shameful pages of Russian history.” As 2025 ends, God’s message to someone using this devotional is that, It is never too late to say, “I am sorry!” It took Russians 80 years to apologize! It took God about 4000 years to reconcile fallen man to Himself! If you want to rise in life and ministry, you must be a quick peacemaker! Who can you remember offended you or who do you think is offended because of you? Achievers are people who are strong enough to take the first step to mend fences! That is the blood genotype that runs in the family of heavenly citizens! Did God not take the first step towards us? Don’t you have His blood group? Whether you think you are right or wrong, take a step to reconcile with those who have offended you and be quick in reconciling others, wherever you are! Be known as an aggressive peacemaker! Like me, always be the first to apologise! See again, verses 23- 24 of our Basic Scripture! Champions are big enough to dislocate pride and small enough to locate humility! Thomas Fuller it was who said, “He that would have the fruit must climb the tree.” Take the first step! Do you still believe the Bible? Do you still believe in heaven? Be an aggressive peacemaker!

1 Lord, I repent from any way in which I have been guilty of
this error! I receive grace to build and mend a relationship
this month (Pray it well).
2 Satan, you cannot hinder my destiny through strife and
bitterness! Pack your loads – unforgiveness/malice, and go
now in Jesus name (Pray it well).
3. Lord, as 2025 ends, take away WHATEVER You have not
planted in my life and ministry (Pray well).
