TOPIC: THE MISSOURI ACCOUNTANT: NEVER LIVE A LIE! -2

There are several lessons to take from yesterday’s devotional: 1. Do not envy people who live large and lavishly when their sources of income appear questionable! Secondly, never live in falsehood, do not live in denial, do not live a lie because you will be disgraced eventually! BE YOURSELF AND WAIT ON GOD! Thirdly, do not live beyond your means! Be a real person! Accept the reality of who you are and your present condition and then make genuine plans for improvement and leaping to a higher level. In today’s scripture, Apostle Paul makes a great appeal to us not to be conformed to this world, and in addition he urged that no one should think himself more highly than he is, but rather to think soberly. Are you thinking and taking yourself higher than what and who you are? Today’s scripture also saysWE ARE DIFFERENT AND HAVE DIFFERENT GIFTS! The world we live in is full of glamour and attractive things which are capable of pulling one away from the path of righteousness. Satan knows this so well and used this strategy in the temptation of Christ (Luke 4: 5-6). Never allow the beautiful things of this world to push you into living in falsehood. Close with Ashly Lorenzana: “Never try to do anything that is outside of who you are. A forced smile is a sign of what feels wrong in your heart, so recognize it when it happens. Living a lie will reduce you to one.” Wow! Live who and what you are! Be yourself! Never live above your means! Great favour and liftings await you in Jesus name because THERE SHALL BE PERFORMANCE THIS YEAR! Hold on, look up and hold out. Peace!
