This is why you must pay attention to the question that Elisha asked that woman in today’s scripture: “WHAT DO YOU HAVE LEFT?” If it seems you have lost some precious things this year, I Am Convinced ThatYou Have Not Lost Everything! As I step out today and indeed this year, nothing shall trouble me. The hand of God shall be upon me for good and my life and ministry shall be a wonder in the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth! Prayer for the Last Day of 2024: A Heart Full of Gratitude and Hope for 2025
Heavenly Father,
As we stand at the threshold of a new year, we come before You with hearts overflowing with gratitude. You are the Alpha and the Omega, the Beginning and the End, and we acknowledge that it is by Your grace alone that we have reached this final day of 2024. 🙌
Lord, we thank You for every moment of this year—the triumphs and the challenges, the joys and the sorrows, the laughter and the tears. Through it all, You have been our constant help, our refuge, and our guide. Thank You for Your faithfulness, for Your mercies that were new every morning, and for the countless blessings that we so often take for granted. 🙏
Father, we are grateful for:
- The gift of life and health that sustained us through this year.
- The provision that met our every need, even when we doubted.
- The relationships You have blessed us with—family, friends, and loved ones who have journeyed with us.
- The lessons You taught us through trials and the strength You gave us to overcome.
- Your presence that walked with us through the valleys and led us to mountaintops.
Lord, even in the moments when we didn’t understand Your plan, we trust that You were working all things together for our good. Thank You for carrying us through every storm and for making a way where there seemed to be no way. 🌟
As 2024 Ends, We Reflect and Repent:
Father, we take this moment to pause and reflect on our journey through this year. If there were times when we strayed from Your path, we ask for Your forgiveness. Cleanse us of every sin, purify our hearts, and renew our minds as we prepare to step into a new year. Help us to let go of past mistakes, disappointments, and fears, and to embrace the future with hope and faith in You. ✝️
Dedication of 2025 into Your Hands:
Lord, we commit the year 2025 into Your hands. You alone know what lies ahead, and we trust You to lead us into this new season. As the clock turns, we ask for Your guidance, protection, and blessings to go before us. 🌈
- Grant us the wisdom to make choices that align with Your will.
- Fill our hearts with a deeper hunger for Your presence and Your word.
