Psalm 30:1-5 (KJV)
- I will extol thee, O Lord; for thou hast lifted me up, and hast not made my foes to rejoice over me.
- O Lord my God, I cried unto thee, and thou hast healed me.
- O Lord, thou hast brought up my soul from the grave: thou hast kept me alive, that I should not go down to the pit.
- Sing unto the Lord, O ye saints of his, and give thanks at the remembrance of his holiness.
- For his anger endureth but a moment; in his favor is life: weeping may endure for a night, but joy cometh in the morning.

- Thanksgiving Prayer
Father, I give You thanks for lifting me and keeping me through every trial. I acknowledge that You are my healer and sustainer. Thank You for Your grace that holds me up and brings joy after sorrow. - Prayer for Healing and Restoration
Lord, I cry out for Your healing, both spiritually and physically. Just as You lifted the Psalmist, I ask that You lift me above every pit of despair and restore joy in every area of my life. - Prayer for Strength in Trials
