One of the early mistakes I made in life was to trust people easily. This led to several disappointments and heart breaks. So, I started learning how to love and cherish people for who they are, but not trust them until I have proved them. I believe that trust should be earned. Yes, trust should not be automatic; it should be developed and built over time. It is not your right to be trusted whether as a husband, wife, child, friend, employee or boss. Trust is a privilege. In a world of suspense, suspicion, betrayal and heartbreaks, if anyone can trust you, it is a blessing! But, the most important thing is to earn the trust of God. Even if man doesn’t trust you, if God can trust you, it is life’s greatest achievement. In today’s scripture, the LORD was expressing His displeasure and disappointment to Judah because they had lost their confidence and trust in God and were trusting in Egypt and in the arm of flesh. Vs. 5 says: “Thus saith the LORD; ‘Cursed be the man that trusteth in man, and maketh flesh his arm, and whose heart departeth from the LORD.” Don’t make the mistake of trusting in any man because man is unstable and unpredictable. YOUR BEST FRIEND IN THE MORNING CAN BECOME YOUR GRAVE DIGGER IN THE NIGHT! Watch it! As 2024 ends, determine to avoid mistakes that will lead to REGRETS because you are looking up to people (men) and not to God! It is a CURSE! Run from it! Today’s Daily Manna ODM 14 November 2024

the past. - O God, help me to trust You daily because You are stable
in all Your ways. - Lord, I refuse to trust in man; man is unpredictable.
- Father, as I trust in You, make me like a tree planted by the
waters. - Pray about the remaining days of the year. Lord,
economic heat and drought shall not swallow me in Jesus
name. - Pray about any other issue(s) affecting your peace
