Welcome to today’s devotion of power! Martin Luther King Jr said: “Freedom is never voluntarily given by the oppressor; it must be demanded by the oppressed.” The news of the coup in Niger shook the world because it was unexpected. Now, it is believed in many quarters that France has always had a stronghold on Niger, dictating the direction of their foreign policies especially as it affects France. Now once the coup happened, the coup executors said that France has been plundering their poor nation of its resources at no benefit to Niger. The coupists then asked French citizens and even their ambassadors to exit the embassies/country. It was a cry of “ENOUGH IS ENOUGH.” But guess what, France INITIALLY replied that they would not leave for any reason. Ha! I read it with shock and I said power was speaking! Then the Lord spoke to me through Ecclesiastes 5:8 saying, “If you see oppression of the poor and denial of justice and righteousness in the province, do not be shocked at the sight; for one official watches over another official, and there are higher officials over them.” Can you imagine a foreign country’s embassy refusing the order by the host country? The simple reason why those officials of the embassy refused to leave the country, is simple:There was a backing from France and any attack on their embassy is equal to a declaration of WAR! POWER, INDEED PASS POWER! Like that Bible verse said, “there are higher officials over them.” The world knows that it will cost France nothing to invade and take over the whole country of Niger. But due to international watchful eyes, they had to AGREE TO LEAVE GRADUALLY WITHIN A YEAR! Wow! Likewise, there are many people under various forms of oppression! In this year of PERFORMANCE, you must act quickly as in Verse 4 of today’s 1st scripture: “Twelve years they served Chedorlaomer, and in the thirteenth year they rebelled.” It’s time to REBEL too! Rebel against that sickness, stagnation, miscarriages, marital bitter story, financial shame, etc. ENOUGH IS ENOUGH! Arise today and command any demon that dares you to receive HOLY FIRE in Jesus name!
