GALATIANS 1:10-16 -CEK Genesis 30:23 says: “And she (Rachel) conceived, and bare a son; and said, ‘God hath taken away my reproach.” She called the child Joseph which means “increase or addition!” When God takes away your reproach, He increases you! Then in Luke 1: 25, Elizabeth said: “Thus hath the Lord dealt with me in the days wherein He looked on me, to take away my reproach among men.” The Lord is informing a user of today’s devotional that in this year 2025, your reproach (shame) season is over! The woman with the issue of blood was covered in shame. It was shameful enough just being a woman in her generation. Hers was a male-dominated society where women were expected to stay at home in seclusion. The Jewish laws held women to be inferior in all matters.In a prayer which Jewish men prayed each day, they thanked God that they had not been born as a woman. Then, women with bleeding were even worse because in the law, menstruation meant ritual uncleanness. She couldn’t even touch anyone or be touched by anyone because that would contaminate them. But she dared to touch Jesus where society had said she could not touch. Break loose from tradition this year! The miracle was that Jesus turned, saw her and called her ‘DAUGHTER!’ Oh, do you mean the woman who was called: “DIRTY” was renamed: “DAUGHTER?” Yes! Yes! Yes and you are the next to be renamed! God is telling me to announce to you that every reproach or trap of reproach set against you this year will expire and you will sing a new song! Indeed, indelible proofs are what leads to undeniable praise! It is miracle that wipes out ridicule! It is performance that stops arguments! In this year 2025, the God of this unknown woman shall roll away your reproach and insulate you from any reproach! Your season has come! Amen! Today’s ODM Devotional April 10th 2025
