BASIC SCRIPTURES: PSALM 59: 8-10 ROMANS 9: 14-18
Psalm 59:8-10 (KJV)
- But thou, O Lord, shalt laugh at them; thou shalt have all the heathen in derision.
- Because of his strength will I wait upon thee: for God is my defence.
- The God of my mercy shall prevent me: God shall let me see my desire upon mine enemies.
Romans 9:14-18 (KJV)
- What shall we say then? Is there unrighteousness with God? God forbid.
- For he saith to Moses, I will have mercy on whom I will have mercy, and I will have compassion on whom I will have compassion.
- So then it is not of him that willeth, nor of him that runneth, but of God that sheweth mercy.
- For the scripture saith unto Pharaoh, Even for this same purpose have I raised thee up, that I might shew my power in thee, and that my name might be declared throughout all the earth.
- Therefore hath he mercy on whom he will have mercy, and whom he will he hardeneth.

Prayers
- Heavenly Father, laugh at the plans of the wicked and bring them to derision in Jesus’ name.
- Lord, be my strength and defense against all adversaries.
- God of mercy, go before me and grant me victory over my enemies.
- Father, show Your mercy upon me as You have promised in Your word.
- Lord, demonstrate Your power and declare Your name through my life.
- Heavenly Father, let Your purpose be fulfilled in my life according to Your will.
Declarations
- I declare that the Lord laughs at the plans of my enemies and brings them to derision.
- I declare that God is my strength and defense in every situation.
- I declare that the God of mercy goes before me and grants me victory over my enemies.
- I declare that God’s mercy is upon me according to His word.
- I declare that God’s power is demonstrated in my life, and His name is declared through me.
- I declare that God’s purpose is fulfilled in my life according to His will.
