Biden Admin’s 4-Year War on Christians Exposed in Bombshell Report
A bombshell federal report has found that the Biden administration spent four years systematically targeting Christians across seventeen government agencies – prosecuting pro-life grandmothers while ignoring church arsons, investigating Catholics as terrorists, and fining Christian universities more harshly than institutions that covered up child sex abuse.
The landmark 200-page report, released Thursday by the Task Force to Eradicate Anti-Christian Bias, was ordered by President Donald Trump in February last year. After digging through records from seventeen federal agencies and compiling more than 300 pages of evidence, the task force has delivered its verdict.
“No American should live in fear that the federal government will punish them for their faith,” said Acting Attorney General Todd Blanche, who chairs the task force. “As our report lays out, the Biden Administration’s actions devastated the lives of many Christian Americans. That devastation ended with President Trump.”
Kelly Shackelford, President of First Liberty Institute, called the findings “shocking” and said America “can never let this happen again.”
Pro-Life Supporters Were Treated Like Criminals
The report’s most detailed findings concern how the Biden Department of Justice used the Freedom of Access to Clinic Entrances Act against peaceful pro-life demonstrators. The DOJ essentially functioned as a legal arm for pro-abortion groups like Planned Parenthood, which tipped off prosecutors, helped gather evidence, and prepared dossiers on Christian advocates – complete with photos and personal information about their children.
The numbers are stark. Biden DOJ prosecutors requested an average sentence of nearly 27 months for pro-life defendants, compared to just over 12 months for pro-abortion defendants. Pro-life supporters ended up serving an average of 14 months, while pro-abortion activists served just three months.
Internal emails revealed prosecutors privately mocking Christians as “culty.” In one case, a prosecutor complained when a FACE case was assigned to a “very Catholic” judge who was “very particular about… not infringing on the defendants’ First Amendment rights.”
In at least one case, the DOJ knowingly hid evidence that pro-life defence lawyers had requested, falsely claiming they didn’t have it. Prosecutors also tried to screen jurors based on their Christian beliefs.
Meanwhile, more than 100 attacks on Catholic churches, pro-life pregnancy centres, and Catholic charities were largely ignored by the same department.
The FBI Investigated Traditional Catholics as Terrorists
The FBI’s Richmond field office opened an investigation into a local Catholic church based on allegations from the Southern Poverty Law Center and the fact that one person associated with the church identified as a “radical traditional Catholic.”
The same office began treating traditional Catholics as potential violent extremists – domestic terrorists – based on their preferred popes, their devotion to the Traditional Latin Mass, and their views on abortion, immigration, and human sexuality. The memo was later retracted, but the damage was done.
The report found no evidence that the FBI ever opened similar investigations into the more than 1,600 faith leaders who publicly supported Joe Biden in the 2020 election.
The IRS Went After Churches for Their Politics
The Biden IRS investigated churches based on what their pastors actually preached from the pulpit. In one case, the IRS denied a Christian organization’s application for tax-exempt status because, in their own words, its “Bible teachings are typically affiliated with the [Republican] party and candidates. This disqualifies you from exemption under IRC Section 501(c)(3).”
The report found no evidence that the IRS ever opened comparable investigations into faith leaders who backed Joe Biden.
Christian Universities Were Fined Millions

Now compare those figures to what happened at secular universities embroiled in child sex abuse scandals. Penn State – where assistant football coach Jerry Sandusky was convicted of serial child molestation – was fined just 2.4million.MichiganState–wherephysicianLarryNassarsexuallyassaultedhundredsofathletes–paidjust4.5 million.
Faith-based schools educate only about ten percent of US students but absorbed nearly 70 percent of all Department of Education enforcement actions. The average fine against a Christian school was 815,000,comparedtojust228,571 against secular institutions.
Christians Were Excluded, Denied, and Demoted
The Department of Homeland Security conducted 61 faith-based outreach events between March 2023 and January 2024. Fifty-nine were directed at non-Christian faith groups. Only two involved Christians – even though Christians make up about 62 percent of the US population.
The Small Business Administration denied economic disaster loans to nearly 170 Christian organizations because of their faith.
On Good Friday 2024, President Biden issued a proclamation designating Easter Sunday as “Transgender Day of Visibility” – a move many Christians saw as a deliberate insult on the holiest weekend of the church calendar.
Federal employees who sought religious exemptions to COVID-19 vaccine mandates saw their requests denied or left pending. Workers had promotions rescinded, security clearances revoked, and in some cases, were physically barred from their offices.
Other Shocking Findings
A Catholic hospital in Oklahoma was told to put out its sanctuary candle – the symbol of Christ’s presence – or lose Medicare, Medicaid, and CHIP funding.
A Christian nurse was forced to participate in an elective abortion against her religious beliefs. The Biden DOJ withdrew its enforcement action and resolved the case through “technical assistance.” She received no meaningful remedy.
The National Park Service refused a Catholic organization permission to hold a Memorial Day Mass at a national cemetery in both 2023 and 2024.
The Biden State Department removed Nigeria from its list of “countries of particular concern” for religious freedom – despite documented murder, kidnapping, and persecution of Nigerian Christians.
And the Biden Administration actively lobbied for federal legislation that would have stripped religious liberty protections from Christians and other faiths holding traditional views. Congress ultimately refused to remove those protections.
What Happens Now?
The Task Force to Eradicate Anti-Christian Bias will submit a final report before it dissolves in February 2027. But this initial report – 200 pages of documented, sourced, agency-by-agency evidence – is already making waves. The question now is whether anyone will be held accountable, and whether the next administration will restore religious liberty for all Americans.
