Today’s scripture Verses 5-8 says: “And the daughter of Pharaoh came down to wash herself at the river; and her maidens walked along by the river’s side; and when she saw the ark among the flags, she sent her maid to fetch it. And when she had opened it, she saw the child: and, behold, the babe wept. And she had compassion on him, and said, ‘This is one of the Hebrews’ children.’ Then said his sister to Pharaoh’s daughter, ‘Shall I go and call to thee a nurse of the Hebrew women, that she may nurse the child for thee?’ And Pharaoh’s daughter said to her, ‘Go.’ And the maid went and called the child’s mother.” Note: “she saw the child: and, behold, the babe wept. And she had compassion on him.” IT WAS THE WEEPING NOISE OF THE CHILD THAT ATTRACTED THE DAUGHTER OF PHARAOH! If the Baby had been SILENT AND COSY, probably he would not have been discovered! If the Baby had been SILENT AND COSY, probably he would have become DINNER FOR RIVER SNAKES or LUNCH FOR CROCODILES! As you go through life, the Holy Ghost wants you to know that many times, it is your PAIN that becomes your gain! It was Bo Bennett who penned: “Frustration, although quite painful at times, is a very positive and essential part of success.” I also remember Tony Robbins who quipped: “The secret of success is learning how to use pain and pleasure instead of having pain and pleasure use you. If you do that, you’re in control of your life. If you don’t, life controls you.” So when life throws you BROKEN EGGS, turn them to OMELETTES! Your weeping story today, will become your winning story tomorrow! Refuse to quit! Hold on and hold out!
