“I ask to take my pain away. God said, ‘No.’ It is not for me to take it away, but for you to give it away. I ask God to grant me patience; God said, ‘No.’ Patience is a by-product of tribulations. It isn’t granted, it is earned. I ask God to give me happiness. God said, ‘No.’ I give blessings. Happiness is a choice. Happiness is up to you. I asked for all things that I might enjoy life. God said, ‘No’, I will give you life so that you can enjoy all things.”

No wonder Vs 8 of the first scripture says: ” we are troubled on every side, yet not distressed; we perplexed, but not in despair. Persecuted, but not forsaken; cast down, but not destroyed.” Yes! That shall be your testimony at last because: It is pain that leads to gain. Refuse to complain! Hear Martin Luther King Jnr again: “If you can’t fly, run! If you can’t run, walk! If you can’t walk, crawl. But by all means keep moving.” Yes, keep moving, because after the rain, your rainbow will appear to all. Ah!
