It was Commodore Norrington who opined: “One good deed is not enough to redeem a man of a lifetime of wickedness.” Yes indeed! Do you know that the devil can accuse you of unfaithfulness in little things such as your giving to God’s work?

What is right is right and what is wrong is wrong. The devil capitalizes on your wrongs and takes your sins as evidence to God for accusations.

He accuses you to hinder your prayers, stop your blessings, delay your favour and oppress your finances. Revelation 12:10 says, “… for the accuser of our brethren is cast down, which accused them before our God day and night.”

There is what I call THE TWO REMEMBRANCES! The first remembrance is that satan reminds God day and night of your sins by accusing you before God. When Moses died, satan came for his burial ceremony.

Satan was at the cemetery; why? To contend for the body of Moses! Why? He accused Moses of the sin of anger and bitterness. Yes! Satan came to remind God that Moses’ body belonged to him because of the bitterness he had against the people. Oh! Don’t give the devil the chance to accuse you this year, strive for holiness in all you do daily.

The second remembrance is a counter of the first. Jesus reminds God of His death and of His Blood. So, while satan reminds God of your sins and ugly past, Jesus reminds God of Calvary. Ah!

When Jesus declared, “IT IS FINISHED” on the cross, He was saying that HIS EARTHLY MINISTRY was finished; He was through on earth. However, there is a heavenly ministry – THE LAST MINISTRY, which started from His ascension to heaven and will last till HIS SECOND COMING!

That ministry is to remind God daily of HIS SHED BLOOD! Wow! So you must live your life daily to show that HE did not shed His Blood for you in vain.

I decree that as you strive for holiness this year, as you forgive, as you run away from sin daily, the accuser shall be ashamed concerning you just as he was ashamed concerning Job. Those accusing you in the night shall scatter.

Yes! The Blood of Jesus shall overrule every satanic accusation issued against you daily this year in Jesus name. Amen and amen!
