PART ONE: THE SIGNIFICANCE OF GOOD FRIDAY

Good Friday is the day we commemorate the crucifixion of Jesus Christ. It is not a day of defeat but of victory. On the cross, Jesus:
– Bore our sins (1 Peter 2:24)
– Took our sicknesses (Isaiah 53:4-5)
– Disarmed principalities and powers (Colossians 2:15)
– Canceled the handwriting of ordinances against us (Colossians 2:14)

This midnight prayer is an opportunity to enforce what Christ accomplished on the cross over your life, family, and destiny.

PART TWO: SCRIPTURES FOR GOOD FRIDAY WARFARE

Isaiah 53:5 – “But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace was upon him; and with his stripes we are healed.”

Colossians 2:14-15 – “Blotting out the handwriting of ordinances that was against us, which was contrary to us, and took it out of the way, nailing it to his cross; And having spoiled principalities and powers, he made a shew of them openly, triumphing over them in it.”

Galatians 3:13 – “Christ hath redeemed us from the curse of the law, being made a curse for us: for it is written, Cursed is every one that hangeth on a tree.”

PART THREE: PRAYER POINTS FOR GOOD FRIDAY

Opening Prayer

Father, I thank You for this Good Friday. I thank You for the sacrifice of Your Son, Jesus Christ. Tonight, I stand on the finished work of the cross. Every victory that Jesus won, I enforce over my life, in Jesus’ name.

Prayer Against Sin and Guilt

1. Father, I thank You that Jesus bore my sins on the cross. I receive forgiveness and cleansing by His blood, in Jesus’ name.

2. Every handwriting of ordinance against me, I cancel it now by the blood of Jesus, in Jesus’ name.

3. I declare that I am redeemed from the curse of the law. No curse shall rest upon my life, in Jesus’ name.

Prayer Against Sickness and Disease

1. By the stripes of Jesus, I am healed. Every sickness in my body, I command you to leave now, in Jesus’ name.

2. Every disease that has refused to go, I command you to bow to the blood of Jesus, in Jesus’ name.

3. I receive divine health as my portion. My body is the temple of the Holy Ghost, in Jesus’ name.

Prayer Against Satanic Oppression

1. Jesus disarmed principalities and powers on the cross. I declare that every demonic power against me is paralyzed, in Jesus’ name.

2. Every yoke of the enemy upon my life, I break you now by the power of the cross, in Jesus’ name.

3. I am more than a conqueror through Christ who loves me. No weapon formed against me shall prosper, in Jesus’ name.

Prayer for Deliverance and Freedom

1. It is finished! Every battle against my destiny is ended. I declare total victory, in Jesus’ name.

2. Every chain holding me captive, break now by the fire of the Holy Ghost, in Jesus’ name.

3. I walk in liberty, for where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is liberty, in Jesus’ name.

Prayer for Family and Loved Ones

1. Father, let the power of the cross bring salvation to my household, in Jesus’ name.

2. Every generational curse operating in my family line, I break you by the blood of Jesus, in Jesus’ name.

3. Let the peace of God reign in my home, in Jesus’ name.

Closing Prayer

Father, I thank You for this Good Friday encounter. I have prayed, and I believe that You have answered. Every chain is broken. Every sickness is healed. Every curse is reversed. I walk in victory because Jesus won. In Jesus’ mighty name. Amen.
