Declare:

It’s Mercy o’clock! By reason of my encounters through these 40 Days of power, miracles and manifestation, I am arising as the man/woman God showed mercy! Seasons have changed for my lifting! Strong men are bowing, hearts are changing, protocols are breaking! El-Roi, I can sense it; this is that season I prayed about, whatever You’re doing, please start with me. (Psalm 102:13)

El-Roi, the God of my journey, as I journey through these 40 days, satisfy me early with Your mercy; Overturn evil reports, Roll away every burden, silence my naysayers, do not let me be ashamed, let not my enemies triumph over me. (Psalm 90:14, 25:2)

The Mercy of God has gone ahead of me! By the mercies of God, long standing prophecies are becoming speedy manifestations, overdue answers are becoming my evidence, long awaited heart desires are becoming my now realities – It is a short work! It is quick! It is happening suddenly for What my God cannot do does not exist! (Romans 9:28)

What is Justice without Mercy? By the reign of the One whose mercy endures forever over my life, every judgement against me/my family/nation is averted: pain will not endure, shame will not endure, The Mercy of The King of kings Has Prevailed! (James 2:13)

I am as a wonder unto many because the Lord is my strong refuge! In the same places where I labored in pain, sought the help of men and suffered shame in my finances/health/industry in the past, my testimony shall be that The Mercy of God made me a wonder! They shall ask me, “How did it happen?” and my response shall be: EL-ROI!!! (Psalm 71:7)

I trusted in His Mercy and my El-Roi did not disappoint me. Where I should have been rejected, His mercy qualified me, Where I should have been delayed, His mercy accelerated me: I am indeed the perfect picture of The Mercy of God. Hallelujah! (Hebrews 4:16; Psalm 5:13)

By the manifold mercies of El-Roi, I HAVE A NEW NAME: Blessed, Favored, Healed, Delivered, Set Free! “Blind Bartimeus”, NOT SO! “Ten Lepers”, NOT SO! However/Wherever Sicknesses and Diseases have introduced me or any member of my family from year to year, Never again! FIRE! (Isaiah 61:2)

Like blind Bartimaeus, I refuse to be silent! This is my Kairos moment to carry testimonies of The Mercies of El-Roi! Jesus, Thou Son of David, HAVE MERCY ON ME! In this season, every voice that shall arise against my evidence, shut up by FIRE! (Mark 10:46-52)

Abba, It is of Your mercies I am not consumed! No matter the arrows/attacks, the machinations from the pit of hell, by Your zeal over my destiny in this new season, my dreams/visions/plans and projects will not be consumed. In the same places they tried to stop me in former seasons, by Your mercy Oh Lord, I BOUNCE BACK! Fire! (Lam. 3:23)

El-Roi, in the order of Hosea 1:7 have mercy, help and save the house of ____(insert your family name)___! Who shall say a thing and it cometh to pass when our God has not commanded it? By the blood of Jesus that speaks better things, let new beginnings erupt!

Every agenda of Hell to keep me bound is cancelled by the mercies of God! I may have journeyed with guilt, failures, oppressions, struggles, emptiness, delays and hindrances, but a new season is upon me and MERCY SAYS NO! (Psalm 102:13)

I am a living proof of the mercy of God! I receive favour beyond qualifications, access beyond protocols and processes, liftings beyond human calculation! Amen, Fire! (Ephesians 2:4-7)

By the Mercy of God, I am divinely preserved! Mercy preserves my family! Mercy preserves my children! Mercy preserves my health, my destiny, my ministry, and everything concerning me! Amen. (Psalm 51:18; Lamentations 3:22-23)

Every accusation from hell, every voice of condemnation, every remembrance of past failures – be silenced by the mercy of God! I am justified by The Blood of Jesus! (Romans 8:1; Hebrews 4:16)

Commentary

It’s Mercy o’clock! Not a time of judgment, not a time of punishment—a time of mercy. The clock has struck mercy. The hour of divine favour has arrived. This is not a time for God to give you what you deserve—this is a time for God to give you what you do not deserve. Mercy. Unearned, undeserved, unmerited favour.

By reason of my encounters through these 40 Days of power, miracles and manifestation, I am arising as the man/woman God showed mercy. You are not just a spectator in this season—you are a participant. You are not just watching mercy happen to others—mercy is happening to you. You are arising as the one God showed mercy to.

Seasons have changed for my lifting! The season of struggle is over. The season of delay is over. The season of obscurity is over. Strong men are bowing. Hearts are changing. Protocols are breaking. You are being lifted.

El-Roi, the God of my journey, as I journey through these 40 days, satisfy me early with Your mercy. Not late satisfaction—early satisfaction. You are not waiting until the end of the 40 days to see mercy. You are seeing it early. You are tasting it early. You are experiencing it early.

The Mercy of God has gone ahead of me! Mercy is not following you—it is going before you. It is preparing the way. It is opening doors. It is removing obstacles. By the mercies of God, long standing prophecies are becoming speedy manifestations. Overdue answers are becoming your evidence. Long awaited heart desires are becoming your now realities.

What is Justice without Mercy? Justice alone would condemn. Justice alone would punish. Justice alone would leave you where you stand. But mercy intervenes. Mercy speaks. Mercy overturns the judgement. By the reign of the One whose mercy endures forever, every judgement against you is averted. Pain will not endure. Shame will not endure. The Mercy of the King of kings has prevailed.

Like blind Bartimaeus, I refuse to be silent! Bartimaeus cried out even when the crowd told him to be quiet. He refused to be silenced. He refused to let the crowd stop him. He cried out louder: “Jesus, Son of David, have mercy on me!” And Jesus stopped. He heard. He healed. This is your Kairos moment. Do not be silent. Cry out for mercy. Cry out until He stops. Cry out until He hears. Cry out until your testimony comes.

Abba, It is of Your mercies I am not consumed. You are still standing because of mercy. You are still breathing because of mercy. You are still believing because of mercy. No matter the arrows, no matter the attacks, no matter the machinations—you will not be consumed. You will bounce back. By mercy, you will bounce back.

By the manifold mercies of El-Roi, I HAVE A NEW NAME. No longer “Blind Bartimaeus”. No longer “Ten Lepers”. No longer “Sick”. No longer “Barren”. No longer “Rejected”. You have a new name: Blessed. Favored. Healed. Delivered. Set Free.

Prayer 1: Father, it is Mercy o’clock! I have been waiting for this time. Let mercy speak over my life today. In Jesus’ name.

Prayer 2: Father, by reason of my encounters through these 40 days, I arise as the man/woman You showed mercy. Let my testimony be undeniable. In Jesus’ name.

Prayer 3: Father, seasons have changed for my lifting. Strong men are bowing. Hearts are changing. Protocols are breaking. Lift me, Lord. In Jesus’ name.

Prayer 4: Father, El-Roi, the God of my journey, satisfy me early with Your mercy. Let me taste Your goodness before the 40 days end. In Jesus’ name.

Prayer 5: Father, let Your mercy overturn every evil report against me. Let every burden be rolled away. Silence my naysayers. In Jesus’ name.

Prayer 6: Father, let long standing prophecies become speedy manifestations. Let overdue answers become my evidence. Let long awaited heart desires become my now realities. In Jesus’ name.

Prayer 7: Father, what is justice without mercy? Let the mercy of the King of kings prevail over every judgement against me. Pain shall not endure. Shame shall not endure. In Jesus’ name.

Prayer 8: Father, in the same places where I labored in pain, suffered shame, and sought the help of men—let my testimony be that mercy made me a wonder. In Jesus’ name.

Prayer 9: Father, where I should have been rejected, let Your mercy qualify me. Where I should have been delayed, let Your mercy accelerate me. In Jesus’ name.

Prayer 10: Father, by Your manifold mercies, give me a new name. No longer sick—Healed. No longer barren—Fruitful. No longer rejected—Accepted. In Jesus’ name.

Prayer 11: Father, like Bartimaeus, I refuse to be silent. Jesus, Son of David, have mercy on me! Let every voice arising against my evidence be shut up by fire. In Jesus’ name.

Prayer 12: Father, it is of Your mercies I am not consumed. Let me bounce back in the same places they tried to stop me. Fire! In Jesus’ name.

Prayer 13: Father, have mercy and save the house of (insert your family name). Let new beginnings erupt in my household. In Jesus’ name.

Prayer 17: Father, silence every accusation from hell, every voice of condemnation, every remembrance of past failures. I am justified by the blood of Jesus. In Jesus’ name.

Prayer 18: Father, I seal this Wednesday, the 15th day of July 2026. I cry out: OH LORD, SHOW ME MERCY. Let mercy o’clock continue throughout these 40 days. In Jesus’ mighty name. Amen.
