1. The Journey to Parenthood via Transformation

I’ve been looking forward to this day for many years, trusting God for the opportunity to testify before His people.
Since I encountered Koinonia, my life has experienced tremendous mental transformation. My faith has been strengthened, my convictions have deepened, and my understanding of God and the power at work within us has grown. Sunday after Sunday, I have consistently joined Koinonia, listening to the Word and trusting God for a miracle in the area of the fruit of the womb and other areas of my life.
Our journey to parenthood lasted 18 years. It was a journey filled with numerous health challenges, multiple fibroid surgeries, several IVF attempts, and two near-death experiences. The contention was real, and it was for my faith. It extended to my health, my career, and my marriage. But through it all, God kept us by His mercy. He was a refuge for my husband and I, even in our most difficult seasons.
Over the years, I also had several spiritual encounters with our Father, Apostle Joshua Selman, through dreams. In a dream, he visited our home, told me that what I needed was transformation, and handed me a key. These encounters are significant to me as I continued to seek God in prayer for understanding.
After years of trying to conceive, we received heartbreaking medical reports that I might not be able to have a child using my own eggs and would have to consider donor eggs. This was devastating, and I knew I needed God to intervene. In 2022, we began seeking the face of the Lord more intentionally concerning this matter. After several failed IVF attempts, we had taken a break. Then, in 2023, we received a prophetic word to try again. We prayed, fasted, joined Koinonia Sunday after Sunday, believing God for a miracle.
We tried again, but it failed. We were encouraged to try a second time, but that attempt failed too. I was devastated. After years of waiting and repeated disappointments, I struggled to understand what God was teaching me through the journey. Eventually, I came to a place of surrender. I told the Lord, “Even if You do not give us a child, we will still love You. We will still serve You. You are enough for us.”
I realised that my love for God and my service to Him could not depend on whether He answered my prayer. I had to trust Him beyond the promise and love Him for who He is. Hebrews 11 speaks of the elders who obtained a good report through faith. Through this journey, God was transforming my heart and teaching me to build my relationship with Him on a foundation deeper than answered prayers.
In 2025, we attempted another treatment, and to the glory of God, after 18 years of waiting, the Lord blessed us with our son — TiOluwalase Seth! What a faithful God we serve! He turned our story around and filled our hearts with joy.
In hindsight, I recognise that God was doing more than taking us towards parenthood. He was transforming us, strengthening our faith, and restoring a faulty foundation. Today, I understand more deeply that God is worthy of our love and worship, not merely because of what He gives us, but because of who He is.
To God alone be all the glory! I’m grateful for the gift of our Daddy, Apostle Joshua Selman. We honour you and reverence the grace of God upon your life. May the Lord continually strengthen and preserve you.
2. Complete Healing of Abnormal Liver, Heart and Kidney

I write to return all the glory to God Almighty for His divine healing and restoration. Over two decades ago, I was diagnosed with an enlarged heart. To the glory of God, it has now been completely healed and confirmed to be normal.
During my June 2026 medical check-up, abnormal liver function was detected. By God’s mercy, follow-up tests confirmed that my liver has been fully restored.
Also, during the September Miracle Service, God’s servant, Apostle Joshua Selman, prayed for those with kidney conditions. I received that prayer in faith. At my subsequent appointment, my nephrologist confirmed that my previously failing right kidney is now functioning normally.
I give God all the glory for these miracles, and I remain in faith for my next testimony of perfectly normal blood pressure, in Jesus’ mighty name. Indeed, distance is not a barrier to God’s intervention.
Thank you, Apostle Joshua Selman, for yielding to God’s call. May the Lord continue to strengthen, preserve, and increase you for His glory, in Jesus’ mighty and matchless name.
3. God Transformed My Life and Brought My Daughter a Miraculous Career Breakthrough

My journey with Koinonia began during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic. With churches locked down and everything moving online, I found myself crying out to God one Sunday evening in absolute desperation for deeper spiritual truth. My exact words to the Lord were, “In this vast world, is there no one who loves You enough to answer Your desperate plea to Peter to ‘feed My sheep’?” I felt spiritually hungry, empty, and deeply aware that something was missing in my walk with God.
Immediately after that prayer, I began scrolling through my phone. I saw a face and realised it was an African pastor, but initially kept scrolling. However, his face stayed with me. Prompted by the Holy Spirit, I scrolled back up and tapped on the video. Little did I know that single encounter would alter my destiny.
My life has never been the same since. As I consistently listened to Apostle Joshua Selman and walked in obedience to the principles he taught, God began rewriting my story. Within two years, I was promoted from Senior Accountant to Director of Accounting at an Oil and Gas Company. In a step of absolute faith, I resolved to sow my entire first salary into this ministry. It was an intense spiritual warfare—the payment transaction was repeatedly rejected—but God broke through, and the seed was sown. I covenanted with the Lord that if He brought me to a specific financial milestone, I would retire from corporate life to serve Him fully.
Today, just three years later, I am happily retired from the corporate world and running a vibrant ministry in assisted living centres, having Bible studies and praying for the elderly. God has even greater dimensions for me, but I celebrate and honour these beautiful beginnings.
God’s faithfulness did not stop with me; it extended to my daughter. Despite holding two degrees from prestigious American universities, she struggled for a long time to find financial stability. She applied for numerous jobs, but none recognised or compensated her true value. I consistently countered her frustration with the Word, telling her never to settle because she is the seed of the righteous, and God’s promise declares she will be mighty upon the earth.
Koinonia, the turnaround has come! My daughter just received a breakthrough job offer from a reputable hospital here in the United States—a position that has completely changed the trajectory of her life forever.
I return all the glory, honour, and praise to the Lord God Almighty! I also want to express my profound gratitude to Apostle Joshua Selman and the entire Koinonia team for your relentless sacrifice, obedience, and commitment to feeding God’s sheep globally. May His grace and anointing over this ministry continue to multiply exceedingly!
4. Delivered from the Spirit of Lust, the Bondage of Pornography and Sexual Sin

Praise the Lord! I write to give God His glory for what He has done in and through my life. He has delivered me from the spirit of lust and perversion.
It all started when I was very young. I lived in a small town that was very immoral, where the spirit of lust was very active. I was exposed to sex and all sorts of things at a young age, starting with playing house. At some point, I was sexually assaulted in the town, but God helped me before things got worse.
Fast forward to when we relocated. I was still exposed to these things because of the movie CDs that were lying around the house. Every time I was escaping it, I would stumble upon a video that would activate it again. In high school, it ceased because I was in boarding school and served God seriously. I maintained spiritual purity and wanted to wait until marriage. However, after high school, I fell. I didn’t know that this spirit still lingered.
This year in June, I decided to stop for good because the spirit of lust was really strong and had control over me. Literally, even when I didn’t want to, I would find myself obeying the voice that forced me to watch it. I prayed against it, but it had become part of me.
In August, God drew me, and I came across the livestream of the Sound of Revival Canada on the last day, when it was combined with the Hallelujah Challenge. I connected to it wholeheartedly and prayed. It reached a point during the sermon when Apostle Joshua Selman started praying. I connected, and by the time he told us to light our phones, I lit mine and placed it on the floor because the power of God really hit me in a way I had never experienced before. Something seriously happened to me, and I just begged God to put an end to this spirit!
Since then, whenever I felt like watching it, I would resist the urge and prevail. Slowly but surely, the urge left. Now, it has been two months of sexual purity. I starved the spirit of its hold over me, stopped watching over-sexualised films and listening to over-sexualised music, and the urge left for good! I am completely delivered, and I give glory to God. Only He can drive out such a spirit, even the most stubborn ones.
I just say, thank You, God, and thank you to His servant, Apostle Joshua Selman. May God bless you deeply. Glory to JESUS!
5. After 15 Years of Career Stagnation, God Opened a New Door

I had worked at the same company for the past 15 years. Although I had worked in different units throughout this period, I had spent about seven years in one particular unit and had reached a point where there was no more room for growth. All through these years, I had been praying for a new job in a different industry to experience new opportunities, but nothing was coming through.
I had gone through a few interviews over the last five years at different companies, but it would always end with the job being given to someone else, or I would get a job offer that was lower than what I was currently earning.
My husband and I discovered Koinonia in 2024, and we have been listening every Sunday evening and joining the Miracle Services. This is actually my second time sharing a testimony. Last year, I shared about a miraculous career breakthrough for my husband while still praying that the Good Lord would answer mine.
Sometime this year, I started having strange dreams about travelling and flights that never took off, or being that wasn’t ready, or having to rush to pack luggage. In one dream, a pig from a herd of animals attacked me and shouted, “I will not let you go. You will not pass!” After waking up, I knew I had spiritual battles to fight. I kept praying and joining Koinonia services. Whenever Apostle Joshua Selman declared that we should move forward, I took it passionately and heartily. I would always pray desperately and declare, “I move forward! I move forward! I move forward!”
In July this year, I did a 14-day mid-year fast. Two days after the fast ended, I came across a job advertisement online. I reluctantly put in an application. By the grace of God, I was invited for an interview two days later. The day the email came, I was so overwhelmed that I knelt and wept. The interviews weren’t always easy, but one thing I realised was that the Lord gave me favour.
I didn’t miss the July Miracle Service because I needed to pray desperately for good feedback. During that Miracle Service, Apostle made us pray against all family and ancestral sieges and curses, and any family altars. I prayed earnestly. Apostle also made us pray and declare that we move forward. I made that prayer desperately.
By the grace of God, at the beginning of August, I was invited for an in-person meeting with the MD, who asked if I had been praying for a job. I was surprised. I learnt that they had previously gone through a series of interviews for this role and someone had been selected, but a member of the panel was not comfortable with the selected person and had asked that the job be re-advertised. It was that second advertisement I came across.
From the very first moment the senior team interacted with me, they knew I was the one they wanted. The role turned out to be at a much higher level than I initially thought when I applied. I’m returning to give all glory and praise to God because this is His doing, and it is marvellous in our eyes. Hallelujah!
Thank you, Apostle, for leading us to pray and teaching us. I pray this ministry grows stronger and stronger to fulfil the purposes of God. Amen.
6. God Made the Impossible Possible: My Hepatitis B Test Result is Now Undetectable

I have been watching Koinonia since 2020. I hosted a health program in my church as the pastor’s wife in 2013, and I was diagnosed with hepatitis B. This left me broken and weeping. However, in the early hours of the following day, a woman in the church called me to say that her husband was threatening to commit suicide because he, too, had been diagnosed with hepatitis B. The Lord immediately spoke to me to talk to him and encourage him so that he would not commit suicide, assuring me that He would handle my own case when He was ready.
When I told the man that I had also been diagnosed with the same condition, he calmed down. The doctor told me that it was a lifelong condition that could not be healed. He recommended some very expensive medication, which I have been taking ever since.
However, I started praying about it after hearing several testimonies of healing in Koinonia about people with the same health condition who had been healed. After a Miracle Service during which I strongly believed God for healing, I went for a repeat laboratory test about a year ago. The viral load was incredibly high. Even the doctor said it should not have been that high, considering the medication I was taking, so he sent me to the best laboratory to repeat the test. I knew the devil wanted to stop me from believing God. I went for the repeat test, and the result came back with a viral load of less than 8.
Four months later, another person testified in Koinonia of complete healing from hepatitis B. I told myself, “It is my turn!” I promised God that I would testify of His faithfulness if my viral load became nil.
Last month, I repeated the test, and the hepatitis B virus was completely undetectable in my blood. I did some scans, and my organs were found to be fine and of normal size. I have come to return thanks to God for His mercy and faithfulness. It still feels like a dream. What the doctor said was impossible, God has made possible!
Thank you, Apostle, for making available a platform where testimonies become a source of encouragement to me and others. May more anointing rest upon you, in Jesus’ name. For anyone living with hepatitis B, you will testify of God’s healing power, in Jesus’ name. Amen!
You Are Next to Testify
These are living proofs that our God is still in the business of healing, delivering, restoring, promoting, and transforming lives. Distance is not a barrier. Time is not a barrier. Medical reports are not a barrier. Long-standing battles are not a barrier.
Whatever your situation may be, the same God who turned 18 years of waiting into the joy of parenthood, healed organs, delivered from stubborn bondage, opened long-closed career doors, and made the impossible possible is able to do it for you.
Come believing. Keep trusting. Keep declaring. Your testimony is next.
