Two young ladies connived with their friends and got hired killers to kill their wealthy parents five years ago. REASON? Their late parents denied them of the extravagant, luxurious lifestyle they desired. They rejoiced after the brutal assassination of their parents because the numerous properties and assets were now theirs to squander with their boyfriends. One of the assassins was arrested and their game was up. Four years later, a high court in Asaba recently sentenced them to death by hanging. A whole family wiped out because of greed and bad friends. Parents need to pay more attention to those their children hang out with. Also, adults need to be wise with who their friends are! Is that friend a source of a new PRAYER FIRE? Does that friend provoke you into professional growth? Does that close acquaintance ADD TO YOU OR SUBTRACT FROM YOU? Use today’s devotional scripture to ask the LORD to SHAKE all the relationships around your life, family and ministry! See Vs. 10: “And the young men that were grown up with him spake unto him, saying, “Thus shalt thou speak unto this people that spake unto thee, saying, ‘Thy father made our yoke heavy, but make thou it lighter unto us;’ thus shalt thou say unto them, My little finger shall be thicker than my father’s loins.” The king was in the wrong company – “the young men that grew up with him.” Satanic arrows can send the wrong people that will destroy you, into your life! Ah! Arise now and pray seriously: Whatever your God has not planted will not stand!
