NSPPD DECLARATION – MY HELP HAS COME

PART ONE: THE OFFICIAL DECLARATION SCRIPTURES

Psalm 121:2
“My help cometh from the LORD, which made heaven and earth.”
Nahum 1:9
“What do ye imagine against the LORD? he will make an utter end: affliction shall not rise up the second time.”

“Behold, the Lord GOD will help me; who is he that shall condemn me? lo, they all shall wax old as a garment; the moth shall eat them up.”
Deuteronomy 33:26
“There is none like unto the God of Jeshurun, who rideth upon the heaven in thy help, and in his excellency on the sky.”

“Having therefore obtained help of God, I continue unto this day, witnessing both to small and great, saying none other things than those which the prophets and Moses did say should come.”

PART TWO: COMMENTARY – THE DECLARATION OF HELP
The Foundation: Psalm 121:2
Pastor Jerry Eze begins this declaration package with the most fundamental truth about help: its source. “My help cometh from the LORD, which made heaven and earth.”
This verse establishes three critical truths:
Help is from the Lord – Not from politicians, not from employers, not from relatives, not from connections. While God may use these channels, the source is always Him. Looking to any other source is misplaced trust.
The Lord who made heaven and earth – This is not a small god. This is the Creator of the cosmos. The One who spoke galaxies into existence. The One who hung the stars in place. If He can make heaven and earth, He can certainly make a way for you.
My help cometh – Present tense. Not past, not future. It is coming. It is on the way. It is arriving even now.
The End of Affliction: Nahum 1:9
This verse is a powerful declaration against every enemy plot: “What do ye imagine against the LORD? he will make an utter end: affliction shall not rise up the second time.”
The enemy imagines. The enemy plots. The enemy conspires. But God makes an utter end. Complete destruction. Total termination. And the promise is specific: affliction shall not rise up the second time. Whatever the enemy has done, he will not be allowed to do it again. The cycle is broken. The pattern is ended.
Divine Vindication: Isaiah 50:9
“Behold, the Lord GOD will help me; who is he that shall condemn me?”
When God helps you, human condemnation becomes irrelevant. Who can condemn when the Judge Himself is on your side? Who can accuse when the Advocate is defending you? The verse continues: “they all shall wax old as a garment; the moth shall eat them up.” Your accusers will decay. Their accusations will dissolve. Their schemes will disintegrate like fabric eaten by moths.
The God Who Rides the Heavens to Help: Deuteronomy 33:33
This is one of the most majestic descriptions of divine assistance in Scripture: “There is none like unto the God of Jeshurun, who rideth upon the heaven in thy help, and in his excellency on the sky.”
Picture this: God mounts the heavens like a chariot and rides across the sky to come to your aid. He does not send a deputy. He does not dispatch an angel. He comes Himself, riding in excellency, thundering through the heavens to reach you. There is no help like this. There is no God like this.
The Testimony of Continuation: Acts 26:22
Paul declares: “Having therefore obtained help of God, I continue unto this day.”
This is the evidence of help: continuation. Paul had been shipwrecked, beaten, stoned, imprisoned, and opposed at every turn. Yet he continued. Not because he was strong, but because help sustained him. Not because circumstances favoured him, but because God helped him.
If you are still standing today, it is because help has come. If you have not given up, it is because help has sustained you. Your very presence here is proof of divine assistance.
The Contrast: Lazarus the Beggar and Lazarus of Bethany
The declaration includes two Lazaruses—one a picture of helplessness, the other a picture of resurrection.
Luke 16:20 introduces Lazarus the beggar: “full of sores,” laid at a gate, desiring crumbs, ignored by the rich man. This is human extremity at its worst. No help in sight. No hope on the horizon.
John 11:38-43 introduces Lazarus of Bethany: dead four days, wrapped in grave clothes, sealed in a tomb with a stone. This is situation beyond human remedy. No doctor could help. No medicine could revive. No strategy could raise the dead.
But Jesus came to the grave. He groaned in Himself. He commanded, “Lazarus, come forth.” And the dead man lived.
The connection is clear: whether you are at the gate with sores or in the tomb with grave clothes, HELP HAS COME. The same Jesus who noticed the beggar and raised the dead is riding through the heavens to help you.
The River That Makes Glad: Psalm 46:4-5
“There is a river, the streams whereof shall make glad the city of God… God shall help her, and that right early.”
This river represents the Holy Spirit, the presence of God, the flow of divine life. When this river flows, the city is glad. When God helps, joy follows. And the help comes “right early”—at the break of dawn, at the first light, at the perfect time. Not late. Not delayed. Right on time.
The Set Time: Psalm 102:13
“Thou shalt arise, and have mercy upon Zion: for the time to favour her, yea, the set time, is come.”
This is the climax of the declaration. The set time has come. Not a random time. Not a convenient time. THE SET TIME. The time appointed by God before the foundation of the world. The time when mercy would visit. The time when favour would manifest. The time when help would arrive.
For every NSPPDian, this is the declaration: THE SET TIME FOR YOUR HELP HAS COME.
PART THREE: THE THEMATIC UNITY – MY HELP HAS COME
Each scripture in this declaration package contributes to a single, powerful theme: HELP HAS COME.
From the Creator – Psalm 121:2 – The One who made heaven and earth is your source.
Against every enemy – Nahum 1:9 – Affliction ends permanently.
Against every accuser – Isaiah 50:9 – No condemnation stands.
Through divine intervention – Deuteronomy 33:26 – God rides the heavens to reach you.
For continuation – Acts 26:22 – You will not stop; you will continue.
For the hopeless – Luke 16:20 – Even beggars receive help.
For the dead – John 11:38-43 – Even graves open at His command.
For the city – Psalm 46:4-5 – Gladness flows like a river.
At the set time – Psalm 102:13 – Your moment has arrived.
PART FOUR: DECLARATIONS BASED ON THESE SCRIPTURES
Declare these aloud:
- I DECLARE that my help comes from the Lord, the Maker of heaven and earth!

PART FIVE: PRAYER
Father, I thank You because my help comes from You—the One who made heaven and earth. No problem is too big for You. No enemy is too strong for You. No situation is too dead for You.
I receive the declaration of Nahum 1:9 over my life. Every affliction that has plagued me comes to an utter end today. It shall not rise a second time.
I receive the declaration of Isaiah 50:9 over my life. You are helping me, and no condemnation can stand against me. Every accuser is silenced.
I receive the declaration of Deuteronomy 33:26 over my life. You are riding through the heavens to help me. Your excellency is on display in my situation.
I receive the declaration of Acts 26:22 over my life. Because I have obtained help from You, I continue. I will not stop. I will not give up. I will not fail.
I receive the declaration of John 11 over my life. Every dead situation is hearing Your voice. Every grave is opening. Every stone is rolling away.
I receive the declaration of Psalm 46 over my life. A river of gladness is flowing. Joy is my portion. Help has arrived right early.
I receive the declaration of Psalm 102 over my life. THE SET TIME HAS COME. The time to favour me. The time for mercy. The time for help.
MY HELP HAS COME, AND I WILL NOT MISS IT!
