If ordinary things in nature are noted for extraordinary perfor mance, as a child of God, the minimum should not be your goal. The facts below will surely challenge you and inspire you to discover your maximum capacity. The cheetah can reach a speed of sixty-two miles per hour. Tuna swim at a steady rate of nine miles per hour for an indefinite period of time-and they never stop moving. Estimates indicate that a fifteen-year-old tuna travels one million miles in its lifetime. The adult electric eel (called Electrophorus electricus) is an electric fish, and the only species in its genus.
