There is gain, increase, and power in unity. God testified of what unity (oneness of people) can do in a family, church, business or in human affairs.

Verse 6 of today’s 1st scripture says: “…..And the Lord said nothing will or can be restrained (or impossible) from them.” Each time we speak one language, no devil can penetrate us.
God had to use the weapon of disunity (different languages) to stop man. When the devil wants to stop you or reduce you financially, maritally, spiritually, or generally, he uses the same weapon:
Different languages (lack of agreement and submission). Resist him in this year 2023! At any price, be an agent of unity and peace wherever you are today, this week and this year!

- The people of the Soviet UNION (USSR) united against Hitler and defeated him in World War 11 and victory made the Soviet Union a superpower but they sacrificed 30 million of their own civilians as martyrs. Wow!

The 1990 unification of East Germany and West Germany is an example of unity and it is today the most powerful and populous country in Europe. 3. The Bangladesh war of 1971 and the Vietnam war of 1975 are examples of unity.

In 1917, the Japanese came together to establish “Mitsubishi” – the first domestic automobile industry. That was unity! Other Japanese cars have evolved, but Mitsubishi was the first! 5. The struggle of the Jews for their existence in the Arab world is unity in action.

The Indian National Movement mainly led by Mahatma Gandhi showed unity and they gained their independence from Britain without violence! Please enrol in this “university” this year!

There are times when your destiny is tied to other people for increase. Christian unity begins at the cross. Disunity is a tool of the devil. Return it to him this year and always be the first to apologise! Shalom! Pray now because: This is your year!

- Lord, break every evil association taking place between my unfriendly friends and members of my family.
- Lord, restore whatever I lost in the past due to disunity!
