Prophetic Declarations for Day 9

July to December: ARISE, O LORD! LET YOUR ENEMIES BE SCATTERED! (3x)

July to December: El-Roi has given me rest on every side, no adversity, no evil occurrence! Therefore forces from the pit of hell that shall arise to contend with my new season, ARISE, O LORD! Scatter by Fire! Let every agenda of hell against my life, family, health, destiny, business, career, and ministry be overturned by FIRE! (1 Kings 5:4; Psalm 68:1)

Household witchcraft, ancestral battles, foundational altars, household enemies insisting on sponsoring affliction, shame, pain, running around in cycles of negativity in my family, FIRE! As I journey through these days of encounter, Lord, STOP THEM BEFORE THEY START! (Micah 5:12; Isaiah 54:17)

July to December: As my family members and I wax stronger, greater, better through this second half, evil altars and their priests, demonic agents dancing in the dark for us to cry in the day, Go down by Fire! Be destroyed! Never to rise again! (2 Samuel 3:1, Nahum 1:9)

Jezebel, FIRE! I belong to the Jehu generation; called, chosen, and anointed to destroy wickedness in high places. Wherever you have exalted yourself, I throw you down! Go down by Fire! (2 Kings 9:30-33)

Ataliahs against my destiny, there is a boundary! Fire! There is a boundary: I come in the name of Jesus! There is a boundary: His Blood speaks for me! There is a boundary: I belong to the altar of Fire! In my health, my family, and the works of my hands, by the mercies of God, I am divinely exempted! (2 Kings 11:1-16, Hebrews 12:24)

The Son of God was made manifest that He might destroy the works of the devil. Therefore, every work of darkness in my life, my family, my ministry, my health, and my destiny, no matter how long you may have lasted, be destroyed! (1 John 3:8)

Whatsoever or whoever was not planted by my heavenly Father around me, in my destiny, my marriage, my children, my finances, I uproot you in the name of Jesus! (Matthew 15:13, Philippians 2:10-11)

Mountain of delay, mountain of fear, mountain of impossibilities, mountain of repeated battles, your time is up! El-Roi has said YES! Who are you to say NO? Right now, become a plain! Fire! (Isaiah 41:15; Zechariah 4:7)

July to December: I receive wings to fly! I soar above limitations, protocols, delays, and satanic restrictions. My rising cannot be stopped! Oh earth, whatsoever came against me from January to June: SWALLOW BY FIRE! (Revelation 12:14; Isaiah 40:31)

Like Elijah on Mount Carmel, I gather every prophet of Baal in form of diseases and afflictions in my bloodline, delays and limitations from my foundation, territorial sieges in my city/nation, NONE SHALL ESCAPE! FIRE! (1 Kings 18:40; 2 Kings 11:1-20)

July to December: Babylon has fallen! Every evil system, every ordinance of darkness, every destroyer, every spoiler, every waster, every exchanger of destinies, FIRE! (Isaiah 13:19; Jeremiah 51:8)

July to December: Wherever the sole of my feet shall tread, the Lord has given it to me for a possession. Every territory assigned to my destiny, I arise and possess! No denial, No delay, No diversion, Fire! (Deuteronomy 11:24)

El-Roi, destroy the confidence of those that want me to see shame, deny my enemies the privilege of seeing me cry! Let every evil prediction perish by Fire! By many infallible proofs, show them that your hand is upon my life! (Genesis 50:20)

Commentary

Day 9 is here! The battle cry of the day is unmistakable: “Arise, O Lord; let Your enemies be scattered!” This is not a passive prayer—it is a declaration of war against every force that has opposed your destiny. It is the cry of Numbers 10:35, when the Ark of the Covenant set out, and Moses declared, “Rise up, Lord, and let Your enemies be scattered; let those who hate You flee before You.”

Arise, O Lord! When God arises, the enemy scatters. When God arises, darkness flees. When God arises, every chain is broken. The enemy cannot stand in the presence of the living God. He cannot remain when the Lord takes His position.

The Scattering of Enemies: The declaration is not just against physical enemies—it is against every force that has stood against your destiny. Household witchcraft, ancestral battles, foundational altars, Jezebel spirits, Ataliahs against your destiny—all must scatter. Fire is the weapon. Fire consumes, fire purifies, fire destroys every work of darkness.

The Jehu Generation: Pastor Jerry Eze declares, “I belong to the Jehu generation; called, chosen, and anointed to destroy wickedness in high places.” Jehu was a king anointed to destroy the house of Ahab and the worship of Baal. He was not passive—he was aggressive in executing judgment. In this season, you are called to be like Jehu—to rise up and destroy every wickedness that has exalted itself against your destiny. Jezebel must fall. Ataliah must be overthrown.

The Boundary Is Set: “There is a boundary: I come in the name of Jesus! There is a boundary: His Blood speaks for me! There is a boundary: I belong to the altar of Fire!” The enemy cannot cross this boundary. You are protected. You are exempted. No weapon formed against you shall prosper.

The Mountain Must Become a Plain: “Mountain of delay, mountain of fear, mountain of impossibilities, mountain of repeated battles, your time is up! El-Roi has said YES! Who are you to say NO?” When God says yes, no enemy can say no. The mountain is flattened. The obstacle is removed. The delay is broken.

Wings to Fly: “I receive wings to fly! I soar above limitations, protocols, delays, and satanic restrictions.” You are not crawling through the second half of the year—you are soaring. The eagle does not struggle against the wind—it rides the wind. You are riding the wind of the Spirit.

Elijah on Mount Carmel: “Like Elijah on Mount Carmel, I gather every prophet of Baal in form of diseases and afflictions, delays and limitations—NONE SHALL ESCAPE! FIRE!” Just as Elijah gathered the prophets of Baal and destroyed them at the brook Kishon, you are gathering every enemy that has afflicted your bloodline, your foundation, your territory—and fire is consuming them all.

Babylon Has Fallen: “Babylon has fallen!” Every evil system, every ordinance of darkness, every destroyer, every spoiler, every waster—it has fallen. The empire of darkness that has held you captive is crumbling. It is over.
