DAILY FASTING AND PRAYER FOR THE FORTHCOMING ANNUAL CONVENTION
DAY 8 – PRAYER FOR THE PRE-CONVENTION MINISTERS’ CONFERENCE
Theme: Mountain Movers
Introduction
The RCCG Annual Convention is a time of divine visitation, supernatural encounters, and mountain-moving faith. As we prepare for this convention, we embark on a season of fasting and prayer, focusing each day on a specific theme that aligns our hearts with God’s purposes.
Day 8 is dedicated to Prayer for the Pre-Convention Ministers’ Conference, based on Luke 11:1. This is a time to intercede for the ministers and workers who will be gathering before the convention to seek God’s face, receive fresh anointing, and be equipped for greater effectiveness in ministry.
Why Pray for the Ministers’ Conference?
1. Ministers Need Fresh Anointing
The work of ministry is not done in human strength—it requires the power of the Holy Spirit. As ministers gather for the conference, they need a fresh outpouring of the Spirit to empower them for greater effectiveness.
2. Ministers Need Vision and Direction
Every minister needs clear direction concerning the next phase of their assignment. The Ministers’ Conference is a time for God to speak, guide, and reveal His purposes.
3. Ministers Need Renewed Strength
Ministry can be demanding and exhausting. The conference is a time for weary hearts to be refreshed, for spiritual strength to be renewed, and for holy passion to be rekindled.
4. Ministers Need Protection
Ministers and their families face spiritual attacks. The conference is a time to pray for divine protection over every participant and their households.
5. Ministers Need Unity
The Church is strengthened when ministers are united in love, humility, and one purpose. The conference is a time to pray for unity among all ministers.
